worst managed company takes 3 days for a response and when they do they didnt address the complaint i had missing points and all i wanted was a statement for the past 3 to 5 years i switched from popeye's chicken to MB and every time there was a holiday i would buy lunch for my staff so you can see i racked up a lot of points i was a loyal customer as soon as I use my points im gone adios back to Popeye's a Canadian company not looking after Canadians 🥵🥵🥵
since this new update. it moves super slow and isnt as good as it was.

I'm updating from 5 stars to 1 star, I wish it could be ZERO! There is zero customer support. I happened to order something twice because of my phone froze up and I ended up ordering the same thing twice. now I have been 5 business days trying to get someone to contact me let alone try to get a refund! I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Mary Browns for this absolutely no way to contact anyone for customer support. worst restaurant ordering appI have experienced yet. and I've used them all!

recently updated and wont accept my user name or password that hasn't been changed dont recommend it totally garbage and the food use to be good now Popeyes is better
app is not user friendly.
fries were covered in grease and macaroni salad had black chunks in it...worst meal ever..usually enjoy their food..chicken was ok but ordered all white meat
keeps changing the store im ordering from for no reason!! there's literally a mary browns 5 minutes away and the app defaults to the one across town??? ive changed it so many times that im just switching back to doordash.
not very good. the quality has really gone down. a flood of undercooked potato taters.

Waste of time. Requires a mobile phone number. I don't have one, guess I will just eat somewhere else and they just lost a customer.

your app keeps choosing location that's further from me, instead of choosing the one right beside my home, it chooses one 20 minutes away, this is absolutely ridiculous
Just doesn't work, and the account making process is too long and annoying.
The app has logged me out multiple times, when it does it says I'm putting in the wrong password. So I change it, but it says it can't be the same as the old which I already tried. Pick something different, still wrong when I try to log in again. After about a month, I try the same password again and it usually works for a few weeks before restarting the cycle.
While trying to use the app to order from my local location I was unable to checkout due to it wanting recycling fee on pop can selected but its not available in my region, unchecked recycling prevents selecting your drink. So your you're left either not being able to select the drink or not complete the checkout. Fail.
ordered at 430 and after waiting watching others come in and order in person and leave, Mary Browns in Goose Bay do not honour app orders like they did previously. Over an hour waiting.
Just poor all around. App crashes during promos causing people to not take part. MBs has really taken a step backward as of late. Even size of chicken has decreased. I know that isn't app related but better getting your chicken from Popeyes now.
I placed an order via the app for pickup, totalling $30.80. When I arrived the staff did not have any orders under my name and refused to look at my order number. The app indicated i was at the correct location and that my order was ready for pickup. There was no option for a refund through the app or from the location staff. I ended up having to pay twice for my meal.

this app lacks basic in store functionality. can I show up scan a code and ding order, nope. I need to plan ahead and place the order BEFORE I arrive. I am NOT giving this App my payment information. Stop asking. It is not going to happen.

food arrived earlier delivery time n was barely warm. Burger was dry n only one pickle inside. chicken was good though
I asked for no leg and a gravy substitute for the salad...and received 2 legs and coleslaw. epic fail MB!!!! What's the point of using your app if my order isn't going to be right??!! 😞😞
Glitchy
love the chicken always order and pay extra for white meat but today ordered the favorite 6 piece .taters.gravey.and biscuits. not allowed to order all white meat so got thighs not sure why but always blood in them . why can you not cook chicken thighs!!
