Over all, the app is mostly good, generally I don't have any problems, but... I can't add custom times! When I press the plus to add a time, it just opens the list of development times, so nothing can be added. For as much as the app cost, you'd think that that function would work.
I got this app on recommendation by a few friends to start tray developing sheet film. I have been using another timing app that I like but I had google credits so figured I'd try this. At first, I thought it would work fine for me but during my first dev session, the app *stopped giving any kind of audio queue*!!! I had no idea where I was in the development process, and couldn't check because I was developing in open trays. I never heard another peep from the app! App failed at the worst time
Disgusting! Wasted money, not reliable, always chech with the film producer the correct times. Once I used and as soon I played start the counter started from the fixing step, it made a mess on my numbers. The customer service is = to 0 . Keep my money and buy Imodium. Ps to the developer reply Are not these enough reasons to justify the asked refund? The app bug doesn't work for me. The app destroyed one negative film being not working properly because instead of starting from the develop time.
The app was okay for the couple of years I've had it but now it no longer launches and I've gotten absolutely ZERO response from the folks at the Digital Truth even after multiple "service tickets" have been opened. I'm very disappointed and will not be using it again.
Massive? Hardly. Only 1 of my 5 developers listed. And I doubt the times are the same for 35mm and 4x5, which is what I shoot. Nice try. ..... Edit: "The data does (sic) not exist." They (the data) are on the film package. That's existential enough for me.
Does not work with Android P. Will update my review when/if the application
is fixed. Crashes any time I try and add a new job.

Doesn't work on One plus 2
Great tool but it let me down in critical moment of development by freezing my Galaxy S3 solid. Don't know what it is - worked fine when I was testing in for full 3 cycles. Some bug I'd guess.
Does it work? Yes. Does it work well? Kind of. I can't seem to be able to delete my times that I've created, and the edit button intermittently dissapears. Once I open one of my times I can't exit it without exiting the whole app. Overall for the amount of money it costs, I expected it to be better.
Drives me mad. Film Developer Pro is far easier.
Updating my rating from 3 stars to 2. The new update shows duplicated My Times entries beyond the 9th item. Deleting items or sorting this erroneous list has a destructive effect. Basically you don't know what item will be affected. Thankfully I first synced my database to Dropbox, which has a version history feature, and I was able to revert my database manually. Proceed with caution.
It's disappointing that the android app does not have color timing but the Apple one does. In response to reply: I have been using the app for at least four years and using it in teaching photography courses, so I understand your response. To clarify, yes this app is the same as the apple, but the Darkroom Lab Timer that does include color is not available for android.
Great idea, backed by a massive database of development times. Too unstable
to be useful, though. Good: -great database -good concept, separate timers
for the different steps -good enough UI, everything is clear enough and
fairly concise Bad: -Unstable. App crashes sometimes, timers will randomly
reset or fail to start, sometimes the wrong timer will start (i.e., the fix
timer will start instead of the stop bath timer) -Poor split screen
support. Unstable enough in full screen, but split screen makes it worse.
-No option to disable the sound. The agitation reminder noise could not be
more annoying, and just aren't necessary. -No option to make it hands free.
You need to physically push the continue button no fewer than 3 times
during the development. -Awfully expensive for a glorified stopwatch. I
like the idea for this app, and I absolutely swear by the database it uses.
But being this unstable, especially for something time critical like film
development, is unacceptable. It wouldn't be okay for a free app, and
having to pay for an unusable experience is an insult. In its current
state, don't bother with it. Use the online database, and just use a
regular timer app. Fix the instability, add a few usability options to the
menu, and it will be a fantastic app, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
it.

Very disappointing interface. Must open new window for EVERY possible combination. What is mostly needed is an overview for a given film or developer. A total waste of a fair bit of money.
I just moved from an iOS device to an Android, and the app is much worse. The appearance is outdated, the countdowns are buggy and the don't have the 3 second sound warning before the agitatition, which was my favourite feature. Just asked for a refund, not happy at all.
