intentionally making canceling a tedious process and having absolutely no refunds after an automatic renewal is poor practice imo

Content is great, if you can watch it. The app experience on Android tablets is abysmal to say the least. The app takes so long to start that you begin to wonder if the tablet has broken down. The app is incrediblely unresponsive and you can barely get any of the lessons to start playing all. I've even tried downloading the lesson thinking it was a problem with my wifi but videos still barely start. Great content but what's the point if you can't access it. I'd ask for my money back if I could.
Good products don’t need advertising - especially not this kind. This level of intrusive targeting is exhausting. Thanks.

I was given a one year enrollment in Master Class. I provided my credit card as requested in February but every time I try to open my account I am told to register again. I have emailed MC about my inability to access the account but never received a reply. Please help me .
I cancelled my subscription and then have been charged. BEWARE.
For so many years you cannot fix the cast functionality
Watch out for the auto renew. Their terms of service do not provide a refund for renewals.
Very bad user experience on the app. Videos keep reappearing in the "continue watching" feed. Classes do not appear as completed after being watched. Almost unusable at times.
Customer support copy&paste advice and endless emails in that manner are extremely dissatisfying. Waste of money

classes are good but the app sucks, especially with keeping track of status of where you are. often it loses track where I am and have to guess where I left off. also, it wont play in the background so hard to listen to say when youre in the gym.
Masterclass has devolved from being a platform of experts sharing knowledge, to a showcase for trending content providers. It’s basically a curated YouTube without ads. The early contributors must be annoyed.
I paid for the premium subscription in order to be able to download the classes. However I have noticed that when you play any downloaded class it doesn't play from the downloaded file instead it loads from from the cloud using mobile data. To play from the downloaded file you need to set your phone to airplane mode close and reopen the app. I'll set my score to 2 stars until this is fixed in the android app version.
Very glitchy. starts classes over for no reason. I paid to have several devices able to have a app. It will not let me log in.
