one of their sessions keeps freezing. if I go fullscreen. customer support took two months to tell me to try different devices. it happens across different devices already, which they knew this. they have not resolved it and apparently none of the many, many people who emailed me speaks English properly. and I'm paying for this? annually? not again.
I love the lectures but the search engine might be the worst thing I've ever seen. I guarantee there's a lecture on how to set up a proper search engine in the program.
never used it the class costs on top were too pricey for me. I wish to cancel now!
The content is great but the app consumes too much data. In two weeks, I spent 22GB of data for watching some episodes of 1 master class. The engineering team should work better, e.g. apply compression algorithms to the video data. Comparativelly, in the same period, other video intensive app only consumed 1/4 of the data that Master Class app used. This app is definitely not for people with capped data plans! :(
this is such a major NIGHTMARE!!! first i wanted to use my gift card from master card that i redeemed but it was not accepted. then i used my amex. only after i made the purchase i realized i had credit on my visa. i tried to get a refund but on their chat ai they ask for an invoice or order number sent by email that i never got (how convenient). i'm abroad and i can't call the 1800. i'll stay with this headache for a full year and block my amex in 12 months for no "surprise" renewal charges.
Don't waste your money, now all the good courses fall under master class certification and you have to pay separately for those. The entire thing is turned into a scam.
Great content but horrible user experience - I enjoy the variety, content and quality of the informational videos, but the experience of actually using this app is so frustrating, especially when casting to a tv. If you exit out of the app all all, the whole video restarts when casting, we couldn't put subtitles on the videos which is an accessibility issue. The way you can view your saved videos is clunky and not in list format. When viewing videos by category, the organization is nonsensical.
cancelling membership after it expires is a problem. You have to deal with customer services.

The website and the app will not let you change the plan, it just is cyclical by telling you to go back to the app. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT BUY.

not enough content. you can get most if not all of this information on YouTube for free. way too much money for what you get. they never add new content.
Considering this is supposed to be an app for high achievers, featuring top achievers and made by achievers it's insane how badly it is built. The content is great, but you can find most of it elsewhere. It should be packaged more functionally not just beautifully. I mean even videos have sections without voice. Like the most basic editing mistake. It plays continuously, doesn't have a sound only function (video doesn't play visibly but continues consuming data), etc. It's done very poorly.

And more but I'm running out of space.
