Match keeps getting worse. The highest paid membership was Platinum when I subscribed last week, but now there's a more expensive Diamond option only grants you to send 5 first messages per week. You can't view profiles you liked again unless you send them a message or manage to come across them in a search. Match has never had an "unlike" option so you have to block people you no longer want to like. "Expert picks" seems to recommend profiles that have been inactive for months. HORRIBLE HERE.
app does not work! worked with customer care and they could not get it fixed. requested a refund and was directed back to Google play and Google says to reach out to a developer for refund. contact info does not work. phone number directs you to email. email comes back as invalid. I want a refund since I cannot use the app!
So I put all my information in that night after going to work, they're saying i'm cut off from there.Whatnot, I ask them, why?What did I do?What did I say?And they say they don't know what i'm talking about.My email isn't in their system... Okay. So I do it all over again and I put in my email address, and it won't load it. It won't go any further, so clearly they're lying to me.

Their answer was that the form fields were incomplete (they weren't) so they closed my support ticket. I resubmit, ask again. This time, the story is "that email is not associated with any account" - just be careful using this app, they will delete your account without warning/explanation.

fake fake fake. AI bots chatting and making empty promises to get you to pay more. Diamond premium upgrade didn't provide promised content. DO NOT USE IT

Tells you communication is free.... but there's a catch... send a free intro per day... but have to have subscription to receive earn a free reward.... but have to have a subscription to claim... it gives the bare minimum to allow its claims to be true, the reality, if youre not willing to pump out money like its mass produced from your golden goose, they really dont care if you stay on the site, they dont want to make matches, it means they get less money....
Garbage app. Blocked my profile within the first hour for no reason. I didn't say anything offensive and I didn't put any provocative photos so there was really no reason to block my account.
paid for platinum and I am not getting any of the extra perks, not a single one NOTHING.
If you like pop-ups then this app is for you! Every time you swipe on someone you get a pop-up to confirm your like; and if you're lucky and you swiped on someone popular you get a bonus pop-up first! Waste of time, and most profiles look fake and are empty.

Very annoying interface constantly trying to upsell the user. Doesn't follow preferences. And a ton of fake users.
Apparently there are...ZERO singles in my area within a 90 mile radius! Other apps don't have this issue. Complete and utter waste of money and I knew it within 48 hours. What a complete scam.
it's a wonder that this app has so many users seeing how awful it is and how few of the features are accessible unless you pay. the quality of matches is much lower than on hinge or any of the other legit dating apps. if you have time, use it on hinge instead of this app
really stupid dating app. you can't even like 1 person in peace it pops up on every single person "they're popular send a super like", if that's not bad enough there's a 2nd pop up that wants you to write a message. it's worse than those bootleg movie sites with the non stop ads. what a joke of an app, it used to be good a decade ago when it first came out but now it's complete garbage,and unusable. they also send you non stop emails if you don't block them, sometimes 6 a day

Impossible to use. no matter what I tried I couldn't create an account. tried to work with customer service to get it fixed, and nothing. very frustrating experience.

No point in getting the app unless you want to pay, you won't see likes or even messages otherwise.
Accidental likes are terrible, in 1 week I accidentally liked and had to block(unlike) at least 10 times. After a month I still couldn't master this damn UI and found that swipes can't be disabled, despite having dedicated buttons. Not only is this annoying, it also appears to be intentional, so is my rate. Uninstalled the app and will use the browser version.
the app is a scam don't waist your time or money on this app who is banking on lonely people you can pay for the highest package and the app still doesn't let you talk to "certain" people. Hopefully this save people money and time.
I hate this app. All you get is ugly people that like you. Whenever you do match, people dont ever want to meet up or talk. Just a waste of time.
this app feels like a scam to me. the day you quit paying the fees, all of a sudden you start getting attention. i think they only prioritize profiles of people that are not subscribed as a way to motivate people to subscribe. this results in minimal chance of actually connecting with anyone.
looking for scammers? you've come to the right place
MAYBE 10% of profiles are real. This site is generating their own, or knowingly allowing creation of, fake profiles. E.G. photos of Caucasian women, American name, listed with an East Indian heritage; profiles of a woman, height of 5'5, two or three pictures & zero words on the profile, etc... come on!!! Also, the "Filters" aren't functional. I can have choices selected, with "Deal Breakers" set... and, I keep getting presented other selections 🙄 It's beyond trash... it's $diabolical$.

How do you cancel match subscription? We'll never get this subscription again.
This is not like the old match used to be. It's just swipe right swipe left and the app is really touchy and swipes right or left when you don't want it to. A ton of fake profiles! CONSTANTLY UPSELLING even with the highest tier! Generally extremely disappointing and Facebook has the same thing for FREE! I'm going to cancel my subscription and they better not continue to charge me!

Apparently, they didn't like my review. My account was blocked. won't tell me why. perhaps if they had blocked all of the scammers instead of real users, it would be usable. ---------------- The latest version provided only 4 lines of visible real estate to edit your profile. Do they not test this app? 4k limit with only 4 visible lines and no ability to use a carriage return using Google keyboard on Android is just bad outsourced coding.
This app sucks. Just like all the others. Paid the 55 dollars for 2. Months in a row. Got 3 replies. It's. Made for women. The algorithm is fuct. The women get so many messages it pushes all other messages to the bottom. Don't waste your money.
y'all need to update this app and change the swipe right or left. How many times while scrolling down it swiped right on people I don't want to match with? This is a problem.
I DON'T LIKE IT. Why? I am not used to swiping and sometimes, as my fingers are hovering over the surface of my phone, your app mistakenly reads it as a Right Swipe and it accidentally deletes the profile I am reading and Intend To Write To. Your app deletes the profile! AND YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT GIVE ME ANY WAY TO BRING IT BACK. I HAVE LOST THAT PROFILE FOR GOOD. --WHY CAN'T YOU PROVIDE A WAY TO GO *BACK* TO A PREVIOUS PROFILE THAT WAS ACCIDENTALLY SWIPED? FIX THIS! GIVE US THIS CAPABILITY!

waste of time and money. many Matches get deleted because of "fraudulent behavior". very few responses.
Was on for only a few days to try it out and I got blocked when I tried to change some images on my profile. One pic had an AI background for fun but other than that I don't have a clue why they blocked me. It's a scam app and garbage company. Trust the low reviews, there are many better options.
Some of the filters that are basic on most dating apps (I.E. religion, smoking, marijuana use, etc) are locked behind a paywall. Additionally, the swiping is so sensitive that the app will automatically like or dislike the profile you're looking at when all you're trying to do is scroll through it. EDIT: The more I use it, the worse the UI seems to get. Moving your finger a pixel in one direction or the other automatically swipes the profile. Changed from 2 to 1 star; sadly can't go lower.
Stop using ai to filter or approve photos or text. It does not work properly. It has never worked properly. Most importantly, current ai models can NOT be made to work properly because hallucinations are a foundational problem to the code. New: Customer care couldn't find my account when I had problems, so I deleted my account. I was probably speaking to a robot

Locked out and banned in less than 24 hours for violating terms and conditions. Didn't even have a profile setup. Use eHarmony instead.

The pay wall for this app is disgustingly expensive, hardly anyone matches. Even if they do there's little to no effort. Absolute and utter garbage, WASTE OF TIME. You will not get any matches, and even if you magically happen to, they'll never message you.
just as I thought, fake profiles and typical! also, you swipe right and it flips through 4-5 profiles before stopping at a single one. and having the option to message someone after every single time you swift left is annoying as well. functionality is all over the place!! app is all screwed up. still bad after a few months!! still garbage a month later. update,4-29-26, it's still annoying and redundant to be asked to message every single right swipe!!!
Completely ignores preferences and the only interaction I got was from a scammer. Does no one use this app? There is hardly anyone at all, and almost no one I would actually send a like to.
