horrible company. I deleted my profile bc I met someone. now I'm trying to get on the app again and it won't let me. I'm banned...
so I joined match like many other people. posted my photos and left it for a while. I then updated everything to be accurate and with a week I was banned, they said the photos of me were no longer available. so I asked why and they refused to answer and stated I was banned. didn't know people could be so hateful that they just choose people they don't like and ban them. don't use this app.

Very buggy
anytime I get bombarded with these apps harassing me to give reviews I always give em 1 star for the harassment. we don't need you to remind us and no I'm not giving you any more money so stop
Stay away from this app. It's predatory, and their "customer representative" will do nothing about it. Once you sign up, before you are logged in again, your account suddenly will not work. Your personal info is therefore theirs to do as they please. It's a fraudulent app, and it's best to stay away from it. The matches are mostly fake/made up to lure the user to sign up for premuim(Think stock photos). It's honestly the worst.

Match dating app is by far the WORST app along with Hinge. 0 out of 5 for both!! For NO reason, it blocked my account and then banned my account after 6 hours. No one would respond to my email. They kept giving me the run around on it . They are absolutely refusing to unblock / un-ban my account. I did nothing wrong. Now I have an account that I can't access. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE USES EITHER OF THESE APPS..
Not seeing profiles within 50 miles, only some. Not showing selected profiles I pick within my territory !
Theft. Paid to see who matched with me. Started chatting with them. Now I can't access the app or even log in. Issuing chargeback if not resolved within one day.
there is nobody on the app. I have my miles set. and it's showing me people in the country of Canada. no one even close to where I am. I find that a little hard to believe. never would use this app again
had multiple upgrade plans and didn't get the stated benefits. Probably won't get a refund for either. Dating apps are just becoming scams at this point.
Horrible 10:1 male female ratio with lots of fake AI profiles now. Not the same Match I had success with in the past and met my ex-wife. Seems women have shifted towards other dating sites.

Too many bots and not enough real people, plus the "parameters" don't really work. I set the age at a specific range and was constantly showed women that were older or younger than my specified number. Not just age but the range option does the same thing, you put in 65 miles and they show you someone that's 3 hours away. Definitely NOT worth the price they're charging.
Spent maybe 10 minutes on here before I was told I had a violation. reached out to support, couldn't even correct or be told what violation I had committed. Then I was told it was irreversible, and I wouldn't be able to even figure out what went wrong. Talk about Costumer Service when you dont even try to reason with a customer. I didn't for a few messages with 1 party and 3 photos up. I dont know why, but I was pretty disgusted by the support responses.
Horrible experience, mostly full of scammers. No support from admin. In fact, they cancelled my account and refunded my money without warning. I still have my auto pay active. I was not able to close it. Don't trust Match!!!!!!!!!
Account blocked shortly after signing up, didn't even interact, was just in the process of filling out profile. Put in a support ticket 2 weeks ago with no response.
I can't even create an account. Something goes wrong when I try to set my password (it meets all criteria).
Just another scam waiting for suckers like us to drain all of our bank accounts. There's hardly any other accounts nearby and you can't even do anything without the premium subscription.

swiping is too sensitive and deletes.a mm in either direction. , to send a like it deletes, to return to the previous profil because of these issues, your blocked. seems they block you from matches and only enable you to respond to non-likes inorderto keep you paying. customer service sucks. apparently Match is not their only app. and they ask for information unavailable on their app and they cant advise how to find it. so wont help
I cannot verify my account I try typing in my number and example (12)3 happens and with the area code and it stops me from entering my last two digits
My Account was banned before I finished making a profile. I reached out to customer support, and was initially informed I did have an account, so I showed them the confirmation email recieved. Then I was accused of Violating Terms of service without explanation. Decision final.
Total scam app, i would consider other apps.
out of all the dating sites this one happens to be the worst. I was looking at a profile and the app changed the profile I was looking at. say that it went to the my likes column and made the person unavailable to see on my end unless I paid to see my likes. she never showed up on the regular browsers agian. but people I denied kept comming up instead.
Typical app full of delusional Women that have no accountability, hoping to find that good looking guy that's not going to be on a dating site.
Remember when this didn't cost an arm and a leg? Yeah, it's been a few years. Highlights never change, people I have passed on keep showing up. Can't even scroll on a profile without the app being "too sensitive" and if your finger is even a single pixel off center it automatically swipes to whatever side of the center pixel you were on...
I'm not sure what has happened to match, but it's not the same. In their terms and policies, they threatened to break up with you. Sometimes, you can't verify your number, and other times, you'll get locked out of your account after they let you back in. Then they will lock you out again after letting you back in and claim there's no email under that login, even after you pay. I'm still trying to get back into my account after showing that they just let me back in and have a receipt of payment
rip off.... they deleted my account with no explanation even after writing corporate. Don't take the chance they steal your money They need to be reported and sued. Very low quality profiles too.
I'm not really finding any matches. I found one and she turned out to be a flake. I think the monthly fees are way too high and I'm sick of being invited to other paid apps owned by Match Group. You guys are criminal, damn near having a monopoly on dating apps without providing decent service.
I was charged, then cancelled. They said they sent a refund, but they did not. Now having to do a charge back through my credit card.
Terrible experience. No sooner am I matched with somebody very nice, their profiles immediately disappear. Take your pick, either the technology of this site is very dated and inefficient, or 90% of the people are fraudulent and get deleted buy the administration.
There was a time you paid a one-time subscription and had unlimited access. Now, you have to pay a subscription fee, and then additional fees to view/access profiles...this is purely greed! I do not plan to renew my subscription.
Scam, took my money and locked me out before I even finished setting up my profile. Then told me I had to go through some lengthy appeal process. Not worth it!!!!
The software locks up. that's why it's rated 3.2 And after all these years, you would think they could fix it, but they could care less.

totally useless unless you pay. cannot see who likes you. cannot set up filters. tons of fake profiles. claims of likes that you cant see just to get you to pay money to see the fake profiles. cant even send messages without paying.

Many emails from Match indicating a View or Like are not available for review when loggeg into the Ap. Won't open the Match emails for review due to possible attempt from a hacker.
Lowered my review to one star because of the facts that you need platinum to see whose viewed you, it's absolutely a scam and completely backwards, other dating sites would need a "gold" tier equivalent to do this, but they separate whose viewed you vs. who likes you knowing you're not likely to get likes, but you get a lot of views and you would like to see that info, it's blatant greed. I was willing to give match a second chance, but that's the last straw for me, on top of no support response
This app ignores your filters and feeds you anything it wants
Within a half hour of signing up, I received an email saying I violated their terms and I have been permanently banned. The "representative" helping must be power tripping by not wanting to tell me what happened but greatly enjoyed telling me their decision is final and anything I have to say is pointless This app and their customer service is a joke...do not waste your time.
Constantly shows members that have already been liked and declined. The highlights portion hides any quality matches you may have behind another pay wall of "super likes". Garbage app and a waste of money. Zero customer support.
