This is the worst possible mediclaim service. i would never recommend purchasing any services from this company. I am telling from my experience, I have an ongoing claim with the company. They will not release the amount even if you have met all the conditions they have set, for getting reimbursement.
Claim approved on 2nd May 2026 with ₹16,403 sanctioned, but it's now mid-June and still no payment. Stuck in 'endorsement pending' for over a month, with the same vague 'next week tentatively' response repeated twice. Documents (KYC, cancelled cheque) submitted weeks ago. Extremely poor turnaround for a 'processed' claim. Would not recommend relying on this for timely reimbursements.

my experience was really bad . my company chose this vendor and even i paid the opd premium but i raised a claim and its been in the initial check for nearly a month . i tied calling multiple times and exclated even after there is no response just they gave false promise for their rating. i highly recommend not to go for this vendor
We have held a corporate mediclaim policy since 2011, but this year the policy is with Tata AIG (managed by Maven Group) in our experience, it is the most useless policy we have ever encountered. For claims, they insist that "Submitted to Tata AIG" be written on every single document. You morons-if we hold a Tata AIG policy, obviously we aren't going to file a claim with any other company; why do you demand that "Tata AIG" be written on every paper?

Showing no active policy for canara bank staff tried last two months
zero rating can be given.. even after uploading prescription multiple times still asking for the same... app doesn't even support file upload. it's not working at all. ICICI Lombard was very good and easy to use . medi assist is worst and worst support as well. after contacting the customer care also issue is not resolved. they keep the claim open and not processed for so long . very worst experience with medi assist.
please do hyderabad location claim process online corporate employees are working from different locations or WFH they can't come hyderabad only for the submission of small claims kindly do needfull

A very bad TPA, avoid at all costs. No proper settlement, unacceptable delays, no proper process and communication. All this for service of corporate policies. I guess individual policies are even worse.
.I am highly disappointed with NEW INDIA HEALTH Insurance Medi assist Tpa Their reimbursement process is incredibly slow and frustrating. They drag their feet for weeks, leaving you stuck waiting for your own money long after the medical emergency has passed. Save yourself the headache and do not buy any policy from them. Look into almost any other health insurance company instead. Most reliable providers on the market offer much faster TAT settling IPD claims within 7 to 10 days

When you go to submit claims it falsely states as policy inactive just to stop you from submitting a claim.
Raksha Prime is a new fraud, they will beg you to utilise and when you try to use it then medicine assist customer care executive asks to wait until the process to finish.

very bad experience with this application discharge from hospital on 13 may and intimate for pre bill reimbursement but submit claim tab not visible in application and portal also . Approx 100 mails and 100 times on calls requested for help but resolution awaited till date.
It takes a long time for reimbursement and the customer server is very pathetic & the staff is also irresponsible. For example: I had submitted all the documents 23 days ago but still the bill was pending, no response..😡😡
Medi-Assist deducted the claim amount and didn't provide any clarification despite repeated requests. Raksha TPA Health Insurance never did this. Medi-Assist harasses patients and makes unnecessary demands, saying they need this document, that one, etc. I am so disappointed.
Very Bad application
I have health insurance with corporate employee but 2 real claim of rs 1.6lakh mediassist given 0 rupees.they are present only for take premium.

Extremely disappointed with the service. The entire claim process has been unnecessarily delayed for weeks, and every time we submit the required documents, they keep asking for the same documents again and again without giving any proper explanation. The customer service is very poor - no clear communication, no proper updates. Emails are either ignored or answered with the same repetitive responses. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience.
Corporate insurance, super top up policy. Demanded extra documents despite providing sufficient documents to adjudicate the claim. It's as if they're looking for a reason to deny the claim. People handling claims have no human decency to understand the patient's situation. They lack reading comprehension skills. Hope all illiterate bureaucrats within MediAssist get replaced by AI.
App made by intern. You need to be in INdia only to access this app. If you are out of country and your family needs medical assistance, you cant do anything but to travel and come back to India AND then use this app. Developer team is full of Jockers
