Update: I updated to the latest version of the app, but it still doesn't work. I am not able to login to this app using my login credentials. However, the same login credentials are working fine on my PC. Please help.

Claim submission is randomly blocked during odd hours, that too indirectly by adding stupid fields that give error.
Medi Assist offers one of the worst service experiences. The app and support system are stuck in a chatbot loop with no proper human assistance. Unlike platforms like MediBuddy or ICICI Lombard, there is no teleconsultation or quick help. Overall, very frustrating and not user-friendly.
My experience with Medi Assist has been extremely disappointing. As a Third Party Administrator, they appear more focused on reducing claim amounts rather than facilitating a fair and transparent settlement process. In my case, the claim submitted for a non-network hospital was treated with unnecessary suspicion, and instead of providing clear guidance, they seemed to look for reasons to delay or partially reject the claim.

VERY POOR RECLAIMING PROCEDURES AND BAD SERVICE
I’m extremely disappointed with Medi Assist health insurance. Despite having a policy for my senior citizen parent, there are hardly any meaningful benefits being provided. There is no annual health check-up benefit included, which is something you would expect as a basic feature-especially for senior citizens. It feels like the policy offers very limited value while the premium being charged is quite high. Overall, it’s not worth the money I’m paying. I would not recommend Medi Assist
Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No replies to emails, no proper support, and when they do respond, it’s useless. Feels like customers don’t matter at all. If ignoring customers was a skill, this support team would be number one. Getting help from them is harder than solving the problem yourself.
Worst experience ever with Maven Medical Insurance. This company seems completely unreliable when it comes to claim settlement. Whenever you file a claim, they come up with unnecessary and irrelevant reasons just to reject it. It feels like they are more focused on avoiding payments rather than supporting their customers in difficult times. Even in cases where the claim gets approved, the settlement process is extremely slow and frustrating. You have to follow up again and again, and still there
