this app always kicks me off and I never get the Fridays freebie because I don't get notified until Saturday
Set up for nitro couldn't have been more annoying by phone. Asked me for umpteen confirmation codes
The app kicked me out and it won't let me back in - every time I try to log in, it accepts my email and password, but won't send the text or email with a code to verify - or even show a place to enter any code. No matter which option I choose, it just says "authentication failed" and tells me I have so many "attempts" left until I'm locked out for hours. I'm out money on 3 fill-ups now because I've had to pay full price for gas because I can't get into the app. App is worthless if I can't log in

took a while after entering my bank info for the "nitro club" discount to even work. used it once and it hasn't worked since. says see cashier every time I try to use it and the cashier is clueless

since 3months ago the phone text message verification doesn't work anymore just via email.
Edit: So funny to see only one and two star reviews as far as you can scroll! Maverick - when are you going to close the app permanently? Lots and Lots of issues with this app. More of a waste of time and energy than it is useful. I would rack up the rewards, and right before I would get the 10th free one, the app would log me out and not let me log back in. resulting in more wasted time calling maverik headquarters. Only for it to happen the same exact way a month later.
Whether it's 8am or 3pm usually no hot food available.
Literally cannot stay on the app for longer than 30 seconds without it crashing.
Never works right
Went through the whole process for Nitro. Worked once and now doesn't work. Burritos are horrible. Moving on to other gas stations. Wish Kum & Go was still here rather than Maverick

This app is awful. Constantly kicks you out, gets stuck on biometrics certification even if you unchecking that box, wants you call in all the time. I've called in several times, it's not worth the hassle. Sent them feedback, never heard back. I've had this issue for months now. They don't care about fixing it.
this new way of paying through the app SUCKS!!
I cant log in anymore, I can online, but when I log into the app, it makes you send a text or email code. I click ok and thr operational fails and says I have 9 tries. when I do the same thing online login, it sends the code no problem. ive Uninstaller and reinstalled and same problem. this used to be a cool app, now i just cant.

Trying to link a new nitro card because the old nitro card is worn out. wish I could just put the new number in and not go through the whole sign up/bank info again 😲

this makes the 4th time I have tried to activate an account. this makes the 4th time that the app says an account can't be opened with my information. Now I will be getting fuel somewhere else
Inaccurate Gas Prices. You guys are never correct

always seems like when I'm in a hurry on Fridays they decide to update the app and then I get locked out. there's nothing wrong with the app leave it alone.
it takes 5 days for digital transactions? Why? it's the digital age... alright it's been 5 days, so why can't you pushed everything at once??? why multiple transactions??? are you guys colluding with the banks? gosh the records are all messed up. I do believe you guys overcharged me... k no over charge. but no correlation between receipts tho they are the same transaction. I'll never owe you money again so you can nickel and dime 5 bucks at a time back to back in the same day....5 days later....
I am unable to verify micro deposits that were made to my bank account. Neither this app or the website show me what the email instructions are saying they are supposed to. cu Customer Service cant help.
Every time I try to log in and I get to the text verification. When I enter the code it says something went wrong try again.
AWFUL. I've spent the last THREE DAYS trying to do the Nitro card upgrade after using the red card for two years and it's been a total nightmare! The two deposits hit my account and there's no way to put them in via the app or the website (always acts as if I'm doing the upgrade for the first time and doesn't allow for the deposits to be entered) and support wants to 'escalate this matter to a special team' Are you kidding me?? For a gas discount card this is WAY TOO MUCH trouble.....
they changed the nitro drinks prices and the game redeem something I didn't want on my first try I would of pressed retry the app needs fixing and change back your prices Maverick is only good for gas nothing else not even most of the time other places beat them only reason to use the app right now besides gas is the game but it messes up Maverick you also owe me a large drink!
