Very disappointing experience with the Max Fashion app. I had credit balance in my account and tried to use it for a purchase. The remaining amount was paid via UPI, but the transaction failed. Now my credit balance is showing ₹0 even though the order was never placed and there’s no pending order visible. This is unacceptable-customers shouldn’t lose access to their own money because of a failed payment.

Never found any issues with the product but the online experience is very disappointing.
There is no OTP option through email.No chat boot.Very much delay in problem solving.

Shipping free they mentioned above 1k after adding for 1.5k worth while checkout it's show 1.75k🤔🤔🤔 50 extra for each for shipments and 20 for app.
vary bad. offline shopping in odisha is very bad. behaviour is worst
pathetic never order from max fashion online. they don't ship the right products or don't ship them at all. customer care is worst. 6 of my orders never deliverd and it's been almost a month and nothing is resolved. called them and wrote emails thousand times. same excuse every time. I should have checked the reviews before placing the orders.

I've ordered a shoe on 18th apr & it was supposed to be delivered on 24th apr thru Xpressbees.. product still not delivered, worst part is both max & Xpressbees helpline numbers not working.. email responses are generic with we will get back.. tried to loop in nodal officer & grievance team sadly those emails are bouncing too.. have been following up for a week & they've not cared to call me back for providing a concrete update.. I have raised a ticket with national consumer helpline as well..
They provide redemption coupons, but I'm not able to redeem when I try to redeem them. Fake promises and fake app..

Absolutely worst online shopping experience with Max Fashion. Ordered 3 items, received only 1. My complaint was dismissed saying “all items delivered” after checking with their logistics team-completely false. I had mailed all the details, but there is no use contacting them. No refund, no resolution. Extremely disappointing and unreliable service.

Extremely Horrible delivery experience. Product was to be delivered by 21 April. Still not delivered. No contact number for courier partner provided. Customer care agents as always have no clue and give you standard bookish answers. THE BIGGEST JOKE IS THAT THEY TAKE 20 RS PER ORDER UNDER THE NAME OF PLATFORM FEES. WHICH THEY JUSTIFY SAYING "IT'S FOR A SEAMLESS DELIVERY EXPERIENCE" HAHAHAA WHAT A MOCKERY. ABSOLUTELY SHAMELESS. CHEATS

i hope there was a 0 star option here. very bad experience regarding online delivery. the order was delayed and there was no call or sms regarding it. we received a delayed order with very low quality product and didn't match what we ordered. not recommended for instore as well as online purchase.

worst shopping experience on this app. most of the options dont load often on this app. and online products from max, when shipped mostly arrive damaged. twice i had to return my sandals because they just ship products in paper bags and obviously it will get damage.
Absolutely terrible experience with Max Fashion. I’ve been trying to return 1 product for over 5 days, but pickup keeps failing with no reason. Meanwhile, 2 other items from the same order haven’t been delivered despite daily follow-ups. Customer support is far from helpful. No updates, no accountability, repeated failures, and my money is stuck. Feels like deliberate delay tactics. I will escalate this to consumer forums if not resolved immediately.
very bad expeeience from max.I have purchased for more than 30k clothes off line and online for the last 3 months.But whenever I order online through COD after 3 day the order get cancelled by max not specifying the reason Then why are you offering COD option?
It's a worst platform I see ever. I ordered 4 products with combo pack and it was written 11th April estimated delivery date. 2 item delivered but 2 left and tracking is also not supported. Still they are not giving my money back. worst experience ever. I suggest please do not purchase any thing by this platform.

literally the worst app ever extremely slow,the buttons don't work,if add or delete anything it takes so much time even for simple task like moving to next page or previous.And it's always slow not like once of twice.Worst ecommerce app ever.Even if I like to purchase something I just can't cause I'll have to wait soo much just to add an item into the cart and checkout!

if you keep 2 order one will arrive in 2 days and another will arrive in 4 days they will make to deliver both orders on 4 th day. mean while the first order will go return without even coming to door step this is very shittiest thing i have ever seen

Very disappointing experience with Max Fashion. 21 March ko store visit kiya, shirt pasand aayi but meri size available nahi thi, to employee ne online order karne ko bola (3-4 din delivery promise). Order place karne ke baad app me “Out for Delivery” show hua aur message bhi aaya, but actual me order deliver nahi hua. Customer care ko 3-4 baar call kiya, har baar same response mila - “3-5 days wait kar lijiye.” Around 10 days wait karne ke baad, bina meri permission ke order cancel kar diya gay
worst service and worst application. I have never seen this much worst service. Never ever dare to order in this application. I got delivery issue. i didn't get otp. so Even after cancelling my order I'm unable to get my refund money back.
I like max products very much. But we don't have store nearby and even in app there is no delivery available for my location.Kindly make it available
