The Issue:- I cannot collect my package because I never received the required pickup code. The Support:- Customer service failed to provide any proper solution or response. It shouldn't be this hard to get an order I've already paid for. I will not be shopping with Max again.

Extremely disappointed with this app. I had KWD 12.39 deducted from my wallet without any order being placed or receiving a confirmation email. It seems many customers are facing the same issue, and their complaints are being ignored or deleted on social media. Beware of using this app; your money is not safe, and their support team is unhelpful.

Confusing items return system. Means Max doesn't want to return or refund. Max is collaborating with Aramex courier service, which is gives fake/wrong locations of drop off branches. Like Bus Stop in Aziziyah, Jeddah. Totally disappointing.

Terrible post-purchase experience. Will not shop here again.

I am deeply upset dealing with the refunds on my returns.It has been a month since I am following up, I get different updates from their customer care,I am not sure what is the current status. This process has become tiring & I have no hope on my refunds. Have used many apps ,Max is the Worst.

the worst experience ever. first purchase and the last. Noone has helped me. I got the wrong items, and I called twice, I sent emails with the pics and Noone ever reply. So I requested the refund. It's been 9 days since I returned the wrong items And I still waiting for my money back. Such a horrible and unacceptable service. I will demand MAX COMPANY. Thieves

very bad experience frist time I order from them they told me your order arrive in 24 hr but I wait 2 days after I call them where is my order they told me we rise the complain I said ok after 3rd day I go there where I take pick up point my order is there but no one inform me after pick up point person ask from me code but I didn't get any code after I call again them she told me oh your order still In transit then I said give me my order code they tell sry we can't provide that I rise complain

Worst experience. My products are missing. They had send me 2 out of 6 items I have ordered. It's been three weeks i haven't received any updates, I contacted their agent twice regarding the matter and still no updates. I don't recommend buying from this app again.
Dear Customer Support Team, I am extremely disappointed with the Click & Collect service for my recent order. My scheduled collection dates were 18 January and 19 January, however as of today, 20 January, I have still not received any message or confirmation regarding collection. Despite this delay, I have already raised an email and contacted your helpline, but unfortunately my issue remains unresolved.

Really slow, and as a shopping online app, the information is not updated. you can request an item, but they don't have it.

I was processing a return and it froze. After closing and reopening the app, the return option disappeared, event though I'm within the 14 days. Both orders delivered during the last 10 days now appear undelivered.
