Very poor systems. If it wasn't for the high wuality contents, no one would use Shahid. They really need to revise their whole technolgoy structure to meet int'l standards

I contacted support WITHIN MINUTES of an unwanted auto-renewal, and they refused a refund despite ZERO usage. This is a scam-like behavior. Unethical and unprofessional.

After long time of subscription, I wanted to cancel, and every time I press the last button for cancellation, it takes me to the main page again. For one month I'm trying to cancel my subscription, I sent an email to Shahid care, they replied that they can't cancel from their side. today I cancelled my bank credit card to stop this endless leak. It's the worst experience ever.

this never include mbc channels like mbc 1,2,3... please include them we need them to watch live channels.
Unprofessional, I've Cancelled my subscription but cannot delete my credit card. Customer support insists on sharing 10 out of 14 credit card digits to proceed which is unsafe and unacceptable. Repeated emails got the same response with no real help. Very unprofessional service.Unsafe Payment Practices. الحذر. الغيت اشتراكي ولا استطيع مسح بيانات بطاقتي الائتمانية من عندهم. خدمة العملاء يصرون على ان اشارك ١٠ ارقام من اصل ١٤ رقم من بطاقتي عبر الهاتف والايميل وهذا غير امن ومرفوض. لا يوجد استجابة.

سيئ و السبب انها منصه سعوديه و مسلسلاتها و الوثائقيات غير سعوديه اكثر من مسلسل و فلم سعودي تأجل عرضه بسبب مجهول ! اتمنى يراجعون الاداره و يبدلونها إلى اداره سعوديه بحت

worst app, everytime i try to open it gives me try again and it's not working.
The app is havin a technical issue and it is not working at all, not sure why they didn't solve the issue yet, this is unacceptable, they didn't even inform is the app is havin issues and will they will solve it.
I’m quite frustrated with this app. It repeatedly indicates that there’s no internet connection, whether I’m using WiFi or mobile data, which doesn’t seem accurate. I would really appreciate it if this issue could be looked into and resolved as soon as possible.
