Not compatible??!!!! What are the requirements and how do I meet them? My paid subscription is pretty useless if I can't install it on my phone.
Does not work properly, vpn is slow and sometimes won't start at all. This is installed on a HP Chromebook.
This app is garbage. All the sudden it stopped letting you log in. I have a premium paid account and still it won't let me log in even after updating. The wheel keeps spinning for hours when trying to log into account and it never let's you log in. This is totally unacceptable, shame on you MCAFEE!!!!!!!!!!. You have lost all credibility and my business.

Failed me when I came to use it. I'm not fond of staring at hanging loading screens. I've always found antivirus software to be so painfully bad that I'd rather just get the virus. Doesn't stay on VPN mode either.
do not download this app! If you choose to not renew, they flood your screen with pop-ups - worse than any virus you can imagine!
Although it comes along with VPN. I cannot use that service in any iOS, windows, android. Just connecting and annoying.

Se você faz log out o app insiste que você já usou todas as licenças disponíveis (tenho proteção de três dispositivos) e TODA vez que isso acontece, tenho que excluir o dispositivo e adicionar novamente pra poder fazer o log in de novo. Quando você vai usar o VPN ele conecta apenas quando quer, ou mostra que está conectado mas no app está desligado e você fica sem conseguir usar a Internet. Espero que o serviço melhore nas próximas atualizações porque está quase inutilizável.

I didn’t Evan subscribe just bought a new iPhone it states you get McGee for free but you don’t it just charged me about $139.00 without my permission don’t open this site unless you have over a hundred dollars to waist and no wear to unsubscribe should not be in play store
they want me to renew 4 months early. I get spammed up to 6 times a day to renew. now this unwanted quiz.
McAfee sent a generic letter to everyone on my email and asked them to remove me, including my current employer. Luckily, an on the ball person with HR picked up the phone and called me. paid for an upgrade to get rid of scam calls, not working. They constantly want more money to perform the tasks that we already paid for. I will not be renewing.

Misleading advertising!! This is a real rip off!! Don't waste your money! I bought the premium and it gives you just the bare minimum. Then they want you to pay extra for all of the things that it misled me to believe that were included!.... Buyer beware this company is all about your dollars not your privacy and or web security.

The new layout is pretty clunky and pointless...most of the buttons don't work properly and the VPN struggles to connect. Also, I'm not sure how useful the AI assistant in it really is, who asked for that? The previous version was significantly better than this new one.
my name is Suzette Trahan and I installed McAfee earlier and i was in app with customer service in chat then I had to verify about subscription had gone thru and payment did not to thru, my connections n here was sent to Chrome connection and now the cookies are removed even though I authorized all cookies after I came back u cannot get more app or even contact customer service now.I will uninstall app and reinstall because I have had a hacker that is stopping all my purchases with false info
Poorly designed mobile app. Constantly scans my apps and tells me the apps are safe. If the apps are safe, I don't need to continually know they're safe, I only need to know if they're unsafe.
o am getting account ipdates. to say i need to ipdate as.cover has ecpired in Aprol this os a scam.
last update for this was 2017 where i dumped it cause it was draining power like crazy. over the years installed again since have it available as perk with my mobile carrier. been doing good since 2020. that being said gotta get rid of it again. app keeps rescanning/draining the battery and heating up the phone now again. nothing has changed(we haven't installed anything new) yet even after clearing out the cache and restarting the device mcafee still keeps scanning and heating my device. Bye.
