VPN is not connecting after the recent update. even after paying for the service sometimes feel some free VPN apps provide faster connectivity than McAfee. kindly work on it.

Atrocious UI/UX - unusable on a tablet device. Drops the connection frequently - absoloute disaster as a VPN

I am shocked as to what I am seeing right now. Multiple apps that I didn't even download which led to my complete compromised phone. Wow.
I have reviewed this app day after day. I have the VPN all of the time for safety and security, but again, as soon I am in a public WiFi area, the VPN switches off. I am starting to think that there is something suspicious going on with this company. The VPN doesn't like public wi fi and refuses to engage. Being an American company I fear it isbeing controlled by dubious people. It is definitely not trustworthy as can be seen by their lack of response to negative reviews.

Immediately told them (I wanted accurate id scan) but they couldn't address issue & gave 30 day lock out! This is revised post. They immediately responded with no help AGAIN...just their 4.7 approval rating (likely not all real reviews). Too bad they can't respond that quick to account issues as they do to defend their bogus rep. How could they handle an actual identity breach?

I need someone from McAfee to email me or something. I shouldn't have to pay for something that I haven't even had for two weeks when I was hacked twice. i need this taken care o
I have received notification from McAfee to download new app but when I attempted to do so, I am advised that my phone is no longer compatible and I should contact the developers. Help please, I am in my late 70's and really do not know where to start!!
