Stupid app, load forever when you are on slow network speed. Cause the app just have a billion ad to download and the stupid map that noboby ask for. All I need is the menu and the pay button and that's fk it.

Lost 500pts I won't get back even though I couldn't use them. This app should be made better to confirm if points have actually been redeemed or not before deleting them from my points. Programmers need better programming skills. 26/06/08 So the app programmers must've disabled my credit card for McDonald's as I couldn't make mobile payments or kiosk payments either and lost another 300pts today. Incompetent Japanese programmers!!! Koreshika dekinainokana???

submitted a delivery order but stayed in "order accepted" status for over an hour, with no updates whatsoever, until I cancelled it.
このアプリは使い物になりません。私はただクーポンを使いたいだけなのに、クーポンを選択すると、レストランの場所を入力するよう求められます。場所を入力しても「その場所は見つかりません」と表示され、結局は東京周辺のレストランばかりが表示されます。私は東京から遠く離れた場所に住んでいるんです！クーポンを使うためだけに個人情報を提供させないアプリを作ってください。

Retarded. After credit card payment/mobile banking app approval, it requires you to tap again "complete payment" button. If not it cancels the order. I have never used an app as stupid as that.

アプリが不安定で使い物にならない。以前は使いやすいアプリだったが、最新版は注文する店舗を選んだ時点でアプリが落ちて最初の画面に戻ってしまい注文できない。何度やっても同じ、スマホの再起動、キャッシュのクリアをしても症状が変わらず。こんな不具合は少し動作確認すれば、すぐにわかるはずなのに、何日も放置されているのが信じられない。
間違った注文が届きましたが、チャット サポートに連絡する方法はありませんでした。私はまだ日本語を勉強中なので、電話サポートよりもチャット サポートを希望します。問題を報告して注文を修正する方法がありません。

The operating hours are inaccurate.
Never go to McDonald cos unlike many of their Japanese counterparts which are more delicious and cost the same, they insist on not having a vegetarian option (they have things like salads in other countries though). Installed the app only because of the Evangelion promotion in Japan. Didn't win, however tons of resellers did and are reselling the set for 4 times the price. Consolation price was a 90 yen coupon, wow, impressive. Useless, uninstalling.

Delivery glitch? Even though houses across the street can get deliveries, I can only sometimes get delivery through the app from the same restaurant even though I'm only a few meters away. I can also only get deliveries before 5PM. It doesn't make any sense.
Garbage app, can't make orders on it. Use Uber instead
Mcdonald's has stopped offering nutritional information for each product. This lack of transparency is frankly baffling and I lost all interest for their food now that I can't even check what's inside.

English version is useless.
This app no longer offers delivery. It says a driver is not " assigned yet" and then no updates and the order never goes through and no further messages. This has been happening for 1 month.
Doesn't work at all. I only recommend downloading this if you want to keep watching the Big Mac icon.
