one of the worst app i ve seen ,they just give priority to zomatto and swiggy orders and their 19 min delivery turns out to be 37min and sometime 1hr also and till today I had barelyy received my order to be hot. and if u talk to the store they ll first ask,have u ordered from zomato or swiggy and rest is bhagwan bharose.

I will not even give one star. Such a worst. This people's are fraud. I order one time this people's cheated on me. They took the order and they cancelled by their side but they didn't refund my money. And the same time my friend's also ordered. They did the same thing. Such a worst people. Fraud.

Very BAD first order experience. I ordered for the first time and order was 550rs and paid before delivery with all extra charge. after ordering app said it will take about 27 minutes. after 1 hour delivery boy called me and said McDonald's only deliver within 5km and McDonald's is 4.5km away from my house. what happen was delivery boy missed my house and go ahead and come back and stopped 50 meter away from my house and said I can't deliver cause 5km is covered.so if you can't deliver just tell

never ever Ordered food from Mc Delivery app as their staff know if they make mistakes for not putting any order in already order item we as customer didn't do any thing that they don't hav any support staff for the taking responsibility for their mistakes or less quantity Delivery to customers . totally Disappointed by my one of the favorite platform for orders non transparent methods of not taking care of Customer.
Worst app. Hangs and resets again and again. After that Taste of burger was bakwas. Even after 48 hours of complaint, not even a single response from customer service. Useless app.

I thought McDonough's food was very good, but I ordered a combo and they sent it very healthy. Burger & Friends is not good except for Coke, it's not hot, it's healthy.
