My experience with this application has been exceptionally unsatisfactory, and I am surprised by the level of service provided. The contact numbers for the delivery partners have proven unresponsive. The customer service infrastructure of this application appears to be inadequately designed. Furthermore, the delivery partners have exhibited rude and disrespectful behavior, consistently declining my requests for compensation regarding my negative experience.

unreliable to order from this app. My very first order being rejected by F.C. road saying order is not available and they can't even refund on the spot, for refund I need to wait upto a week. if you can take orders so fast, you should also be able to refund asap !!!

Subject: Complaint Regarding Plastic Found in Mixed Berry Juice I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from McDonald's. I found small pieces of plastic (similar to parts of a plastic carry bag) inside the Mixed Berry Juice. Unfortunately, my child had already consumed almost half of the drink before we noticed the plastic. This is a serious food safety issue and could have put my child's health at risk. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a prompt response. Please

This app has one of the most frustrating user experiences I've encountered. The biggest issue is that it constantly displays "We don't serve this location," even when selecting nearby McDonald's outlets. What's even more disappointing is that the same message appears when choosing Take Away. Takeaway orders shouldn't depend on a delivery service area. Even worse, the app completely blocks users from browsing a restaurant's menu. Sometimes I don't even want to place just want to brows the menu

i can't use mcdelivery option even though there is two outlets nearby which is within 4km they say there's no nearby outlet🫡 it's just really bad

I had a very bad experience at McDonald's. I placed my order 1 hour ago, but I still haven't received my order. And the customs call is not answering. Also, the cancellation option is not available. Poor customer service, totally disappointed 😞

Very disappointed with my recent McDelivery order. The Coke was completely spilled and leaked onto the food packaging and other items in the bag. The food arrived cold, and the chicken wings were excessively salty with seasoning that tasted raw and poorly prepared. I immediately raised a complaint through the app and uploaded photos, but it still shows as "Open" with no response. I have also emailed customer support. Poor food quality and poor customer service. Please resolve this issue.

The order that came was completely raw plus had a hair strand in it.... its better to go and have it , instead of online ordering as they don't do quality check for online orders....
