Can't order on Mcdelivery, the app has lost my address and won't recognise it, even though we've had it delivered before. It's not the first time this has happened.
Edited review of app. it is now the worst app on my phone. constantly crashes, what was supposed to be an easy order and pick up turned into 20mins of trying to get the app working after it used my points and complained that the WiFi wasn't working, which was the stores WiFi. not great at all when there is a 4 year old getting extremely impatient like myself at how terrible it is to use the app as it constantly struggled to put through an order. ordering instore seems to be the best.

Absolutely Awful. Money taken but order hasn't gone through. Advised to order again at drive thru and pay again. Now mcdonalds is refusing to refund the original order.
Was placing an order for breakfast from a McDonald's about 10 mins maximum away from my house but when the order went through and it took my payment, the location changed to a McDonald's miles away. Contacted support when I noticed that the location I ordered from had changed and was told 'wait the estimated time'
so many issues. terrible AI support bot can't sort my order tissues out. poor restaurant staff having to try to help resolve issues caused by the app
Never known an app be so buggy. For a company this big it's insane how poorly the app runs.
Hate this app. it's so glitchy. freezes constantly and you've got to start again. surely they can afford a decent app dev team.
Buggy, the latest update has caused many problems. What a shocking experience all round. can't even get a delivery address
absolutely awful. ordered from bridgend, it took forever for their driver to turn up. the eta was 6 mins for at least half an hour and the guy had to go elsewhere. the food turned up almost frozen, we got a bottle of water instead of coke and even the dogs refused to eat it. we threw it onto the lawn for the seagulls to enjoy. when we tried to complain the ai chat just froze ane refused to speak. Will ring bank in the morning for a refund. Avoid like the plague.
Full of bugs, glitchy, crashes, can't locate me, can't proceed to order. Seems to be getting worse too. It's even worse if you use in an actual restaurant. Really disappointed as the actual, layout structure is great, just unusable. update after one year, no improvement on stability and still always missing something from our delivery.
I took my kid to a McDonald's, Was standing waiting to be served but they prioritised home delivery over people standing in the shop. Discussing.....
I changed my mobile phone and I can't log in. Email activation doesn't work....too complicated to eat a hamburger, I'll buy where it's simple
App thinks it knows better when it comes to delivery address, entered it in full, company name, unit number, address & postcode, then the app decides to "correct" this by removing the company name & unit number, and changing the postcode to a completely different part of the industrial estate
App always requires 2 attempts to boot. Go through the ordering process then will never let me add to bag. First question when you reach the drive through, Are you using the app? they never seem surprised when you respond with "no, it doesn't work"
this app is the most abysmal pile of rubbish i have had the displeasure of using, when i tried to log in as it asks you to do all it says is "this account already exists" i know it exists it's my account
I can't log into the app on my Lenovo tablet - after receiving and clicking on the email link to log in there's no "activate" link on the landing screen to click (I've checked this process on my Samsung phone and it definitely has an "activate" hyperlink on this landing page whereas the Lenovo tablet does not, I have screen shots) and trying to access "app tech support" is a no goer as there is no such option on the "more" tab. I'm stuck with an app I can't log into and no access to resolve it
Couldn't change my name on the app because I was logged in through Google and couldn't find another way to do it either. So all my orders came up with my Google account name. Additionally the chat help bot doesn't respond to me.
When I order it goes to uber who somehow switch to a wrong address in the process, even when we put the address in the notes to try and help. But ofc I then get a foreign delivery driver who knows no English calling me confused because he can't read the clear note I've put. Then when he finally gets to the door he's flashing me his phone to point out an error I already know about but he doesn't know enough English to understand my explanation. By this point the overpriced food's cold, cheers.

scam of a company, %50+ price hikes in 5 years is far beyond inflation rates, it's just greed at this point and is truly disgusting.
I've deleted this app. It logged me out and gives me a strange error message when I try to log back in. I will go elsewhere for burgers and nuggets now.
app was running in the background 4 days in a row without being used. saw my battery was draining faster than usual. only noticed when I went into my battery settings and saw it was running on the background. Ive had to put it in deep sleep mode to stop this from happening

Useless. Won't let you add anything to your order any more, so the app is useless unless you're ordering in store.
In the restaurant order terminals (and also the app I believe) there was a "make it plain option". why has this been removed???

Attempted to download the app to order a delivery - it fritzed out while tryong to update my address & just went into a circle of doom, repeating that it couldnt do anything, without giving a reason why it wasn't working.
Downloaded and ordered on the 15/05, order was cancelled immediately after the payment was made. It's taken till 09/06 to get the refund, but still another '5-15 days to show in your account' according to the email. Order through Just Eat or something cause it's not worth the hassle.

It works but whether it's easier/better than just striding up to a terminal is debatable. It does however want to give itself permanent permissions to charge my Paypal account so I won't use it: uninstalled
