To be able to add the current track playing to any playlist? 2. When searching keep the text alive. If there is a typo why do I have to retype everything when clicking to search again? 3. Be able to go back to my previous queue, and a lot more good ideas but no more text! Also developers are not responsive!!
last updates on the 7th to this and lite render it useless..needs sorting ASAP. And the rating can go up again then. it was superb by the way as it was
if apps dont work as they should then they should refund your money. as you can see the developers dont care because they wont even respond to a review. wont even play one song without stopping...
App stops seeing my renderer on Pixel 8, while Bubbleupnp still detect renderer just fine. Was working then the last update completely broke it.
Every time you start this app, you have to find and connect your DLNA DAC, open Qobuz, select what to play.... It's such a silly app in the 21st century ... Why not just start your app and play recent track from the recent queue on a recent device? Or just connect your Bluetooth buds and hit to continue to listen to the last track from the place you paused it?
Connects to krell integrated amp about 10 percent of the time. When it does connect it won't stay connected.
mconnect version 3.2.71: It's frustrating to deal with stuttering issues when streaming max-quality audio from Tidal to the Cyrus streamer, especially when streaming at resolutions beyond 24-bit/96.0kHz. The only workaround is changing the Tidal stream quality to High (16bit, 44.1kHz).
Besides the horrible user experience of not using back gestures, it has a horrible issue of suddenly stopping whatever doing I'm listening to. And it's happening more and more frequently. This app needs an overhaul or at least some big fixes.
Great app but the Lag issue is a bit annoying. I've emailed connect several times over an extended period and not 1 reply! Unacceptable. Hence the slowly downgraded 1 star review.
Absolutely awful MQA
Update: mconnect can't recognize anymore streamer over dlna. This app become officially useless in my system. I am using it with smsl sd9 streamer and experience is terrible. After 3 tidal songs it simply stops playing. Extremely annoying if you are using playlists. Other dlna streaming apps have no issues whatsoever.
Thieves both mconnectand google!!! Got charged twice and refused to refund. Not even that good. Bubble way better
Doest work
It just times out and says "Invalid File Location" when Bubble can play the same thing just fine to the same device. Author has been no help on fixing this. Its just useless for anything but mp3.
Poor. Fails to play tracks to music device. Waste of money
This app is rubbish waste of £5.99, keeps dropping out on high ress 192khz, if album is started in the middle will only play that track not continue to play rest of album. Doesn't play tracks added to que, keeps crashing Will stick to cyrus cadence app which is also bad but still better than this.
This was problematic from day one. I even thought to buy a new phone, thinking that maybe Android wasn't suited. Today after trying and trying to get the Chord Mojo 2 coupled with the Chord Poly to work, and having prior to that installed a 512gb card, I was tired. I searched and found an app that I install, and boum, it worked directly, even though I didn't know how that app worked. I'm glad. I will ask for a refund if possible for the Mconnect
The App always Crushes on vivo S50 pro. Can you please d do something about it
Dowloaded this looking at lite version. Paid for the full version. Then realized that the app only plays one song, despite an entire playlist being added to the app. Please fix this bug or refund the payment
Bought mConnect for my Samsung Note 20 Ultra and iPhone 11 Pro Max. The iOS version works seamlessly whe I use Tidal to stream into my Matrix Audio player. The Android version however does not respond at all.
Rarely launches Tidal properly. Always resorting to lite version
Using mconnect seems to producer poorer sound quality as compare playing directly on tidal .

I wish it would work as intended Interface is good, ease of use is Good.. On the face if it, it's a great app, but... You are able to listen to about 3 tracks until it crashes down. What good is a music controller app if it doesn't let you enjoy your music.

Useful for streaming TIDAL over moode, but sadly a usability nightmare.
Kinda clunky interface, but it works, kinda. Missing a shuffle button for Tidal, and stopped playing after three songs.
Connects for about 15 seconds to device and loses connection every time.
It does not stream MQA from Tidal to UPnP devices anymore, please fix it!
It works well with HQplayer and moode as renderers... until I get a notification on my phone, at which point it drops the audio steam and needs restarted. Seems like it can't differentiate between needing to pause playback when playing locally vs using a renderer -------edit------- it appears that this is a conflict with my Samsung phone and mconnect. I have installed on an old tablet and it appears to function much better (although I have still turned off notifications on the tablet

Doesn't work right with any of the UPnP renderers I tested: UAPP (LG V30), Volumio, moOde (RPi 4B). It plays 1-2 tracks, then stops, times out. After countless hours I gave up on it. I emailed the Dev but never heard back. It DOES play Tidal, including Masters, which was my main reason to buy it. But the constant timeouts are just too frustrating. Update: Testing BubbleUPnP instead, it does NOT have this problem of stops and timeouts because it uses the OpenHome protocol, sending the complete playlist to the renderer (RPi). You can turn off the phone and the renderer keeps playing the whole list. However BubbleUPnP only has partial support for tidal Masters. If mconnect were to support OpenHome it would be the best of both worlds. Plus I already paid for mconnect, so there is that too... Otherwise BubbleUPnP is a no-brainer alternative if your renderer supports OpenHome.
Good app, but doesn't stream big files. I have no problem streaming large hi-res files using another app, but when using connect file above a certain resolution pause every 10 seconds while it buffers. The only difference in the whole system is mconnect, yet their support team deny all responsibility. A great shame, as otherwise a far superior app, but not much use to me if you can't stream hi-res files!
Very good and useful app but updates are bringing Tidal bugs all the time, such as track list not loading fully. Now the latest version don't even open Tidal. Please fix this!
