Recent update complete broke the app. It won't load, recipes will not save.
I can't open the app. its been syncing for 10 minutes..
why isn't it free. not just for a trial period
Updated & now its not showing recipes I add & the folders aren't showing newly added recipes ontop, have to scroll all the way to the bottom!!!
Overall, it's a decent app. But recently, it seems to be glitching. Even though I have it set to where all of the saved recipes are supposed to be in alphabetical order, they are not. This makes it difficult for me to find specific recipes. Please fix.
I got the paid version. It doesn't accurately copy recipes. It changes the listed ingredients all the time which is very frustrating.
It does not work, and also requires a subscription. I tried saving a recipe for pickled onions. This app is telling me the recipe is to put pickles in mayonnaise? Mayo wasn't mentioned once in the original recipe video, but the app somehow came up with a measurement of how much mayo you're supposed to use. 😂 Hard Pass. AI slop app.

I was led to believe the app would automatically import recipes I have saved on social media platforms. It did not. I can't find a way to cancel my subscription before the free trial period ends. I've apart decided this app is not what I thought I was getting. . .
"In-app purchases" actually means "free trial for 7 days and then you pay to use it." I didn't bother to continue, so no idea how it functions. I don't like being lied to. If it's a pay to use app, say it up front.

SCAM. The app set up my account, wouldn't let me continue unless I signed up for the free trial - okay. But once I did, the screen says "you're all set, start cooking" - and the "start cooking" button doesn't work.
Went through all the process only to be informed it's a free trial & then after that payments will be taken! No thankyou very much!!! Paying just to keep a few recepies, I will just screenshot them & save in a folder. What an absolute con!!!!

Claims to be "Free to install" which is true to an extent but all you can do for "Free" is give them all your information before then having to PAY A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION to go any further or use even basic features. There is no such thing as a "Free" user of this app. I never paid myself so I have no idea what other lies they tell about this app but I'd avoid at all costs!

This app was fantastic until it started saving everything in a foreign llanguage and will not switch back to English. App is now worthless. No phone settings changed, nothing, just one day each recipe is being saved in a foreign language with no way to switch back. Which is sad. could have been so good.
Downloaded app, signed up for the 7 day trial which means you automatically have to sign up for a monthly (£6.99) or a year (£29.99). You get charged if you don't cancel in 7 days. Card details in, approved then get an error at their end. Uninstalled app, reinstalled & re-signed in, same error. Tried again this morning, only options I now have is to pay £8.99 a month! No £29.99 annual. What a scam! Installed Samsung food, same service, free to use. UPDATE: Thanks for reply, no thanks!
loved this app, until an upgrade and policy change to log in only use wiped my recipes and notes without warning. going back to pen and paper!

not a free app. you have to agree to a subscription before accessing anything at all.
this is a paid for app with little free options. after a long set up it including giving access for a login it then informs you that you can only add 4 recipes then you have to have premium. then doesn't even show the costs of premium or explain if it's one off or subscription! without being able to sufficiently trial the app it's now been deleted

Downloaded it after watching a video advert for it, only to find it's not free as was led to believe it is. After you answer questions, surprise free trial but doesn't say how long for or how much it would be after free trial. Not for me in this case although it would likely be handy to convert recipes for one person when recipes is based for 4 people
I deleted the app, bcuz IT never worked!
ive subscribed to this app for 6 months now and while in theory it is a good idea it simply does not work correctly. it will copy a recipe but too many times it changes ingredients or cooking steps or skips it entirely rendering the recipe useless! ive wasted food by trying to make incomplete recipes. Definitely not worth paying for.

I thanked the developers for such an elegant app and took a paid subscription - but in May 2026: WHAT HAPPENED? App name changed; deleted collections reappeared; recipes disappeared and I have no idea why (or which). No trust in this, now - reduced from 5 to 2 stars.

I haven't used the app yet. I started the trial. I see that you don't have a dark background option. Also, orange is not a color that is attractive to the eye. That's the color in the app.
didnt explain alot. It was not useful at all. I tried the free trial and that was a fail. Then trying to cancel and it didnt allow me to.
It sounded like a great app, free, helpful, etc etc, until you install it.... That's why it's got 2 stars... You have to pay to use it, sure, they offer a free trial, for 7 days, then you HAVE to pick a subscription... There's nothing offered for free.... Again, no big deal but maybe just make it a purchase app, instead of saying "free" until you download it....
Too expensive
After the free trial, I paid for a year subscription and I started using it more, but its been extremely frustrating. Multiple times Ive gone to save a recipe, and the recipe it saves is either something completely different, or another copy of a recipe I saved a day or two earlier. What sometimes works is if I search the link on google, resave the link again, then manually paste the link into stashbook, so it takes several extra steps instead of just saving directly from the recipe link
you get to the end of set up then get told it'll be a coat. very misleading!! put it in your app description at the top so people can make an informed decision before downloading!
