Instantly asking to upgrade to pro without even showing how it works
I have been a loyal user of this app since about 2018. Customer service is very responsive but they seem to be unable to figure out how to actually add new recipes. The last update has been from March 2026 and November 2025 before that. Look elsewhere before paying for the pro version. They clearly dont have developers that actually know how to update the app using the new play store requirements. Heartbroken that I have to find a new app for weekly meal prep.

I used to use this app all the time: 5 stars, great app. I got a new phone and have tried to use it and now I can't get past the set up reminders screen, so I can't even begin to use the app anymore. It is essentially bricked.
can't even create an account. app is broken.
helpful for staying organized but there are two big issues. One there's a glitch when typing recipes yourself where the keyboard covers what you are writing. and the second thing is when uploading your own recipes they do not show the ingredients with each step after you are finished which can make it confusing to keep up with. otherwise great app
I downloaded the app maybe 20 minutes ago and I can't get past the page that asks you. if you want to set up a reminder, I tried closing the app five times. I tried selecting my preferences and not selecting any preferences. it's frozen on that page. it won't let me go forwards only back
the app pooped me out without letting me finish the registration. worthless🤷♂️
I can't even get past the setup because it gets stuck on the reminder step. I can't complete it or bypass it. So, it's effectively defunct.
Most recipes are only available by paying for Pro now

This app is taking the joy out of cooking for me. I only use it because my wife uses it. The recipes are horribly written, with far too many steps (seemingly directed at people who are cooking for the 1st time), and all over the place. For example, the recipe I'm preparing today has me cut a jalapeno and put it in a bowl. Then it explains how to cook chicken, and five steps later I'm adding the rest of the ingredients to the bowl with the jalapeno for dressing. Use this if you want ADD
I still love this app but their ability to get timely updates out is really disappointing. As of this time it's been 3 months since any updates have come out. Makes our meal selection a little stale, even paying for the pro versioy

Android app is now neglected. used to update with new meals every month. currently the "recently created" are over 4 months old. it's frustrating to not get updates, especially as a pro member. will be looking for a replacement

if I didn't have to give a star, I wouldn't. I can't get past the "weekly reminder" page. I can't even make an account. I've uninstalled and retired. same issue. sorry I couldn't try your app. won't be trying it again.
new recipes are always slow. it's February 1, 2026 the newest recipes are from November 2025
this app was good but now i am paying a monthly fee and they have added no meal plans for 3 months
AWFUL AVOID AVOID AVOID Doesn't offer British English. Most of the vegetables use American names. Unusable. No idea what I'm supposed to buy. As far as I'm aware, Americans don't eat vegetables anyway.
I had high hopes for this app since it's supposed to work around dietary restrictions, but neither kosher nor halal were available options. While Removing pork as an ingredient was possible, removing ham or sausage was not. These are not obscure restrictions, so I was very surprised to see no such accommodations in the list.

great app. The only downside is that I can't chooe to use Kroger for online shopping even though Kroger delivers to my area. There are no physical Kroger stores near me, which is the only thing this app searches for. Kroger has distribution centers in many areas where there are no physical stores.
great idea, I just didn't find the recipes they offered appealing
I've been using this app for years, but in recent months it continuously crashes and loses its server connection. When it works it works well, but I am worried about these issues and the app's longevity.
very annoying app. you start cooking and every 30 seconds it throws an add. very unusable
