I can't even log into my roblox account
bruh when I try to verify my account it said wait and try again in a bit but I waited 24 hours and it still said wait and try again in a bit..
doesn't work
verification is such a poor process I used 1 attempt and when they didnt send an sms I requested another and it counts it as too frequent, customer support is slow and unhelpful they didnt even send another sms to help me with my problem, customer support is slow and takes hours to even get an response, their ai is garbage at helping all it does is request the same information again and doesnt offer up any help, at this point with how buggy sms verification is why not just put Gmail verification
my first ever victory in bite by night I had this recording the whole match and it only captured the part of me ending the recording....WHILE IT SAID IT WAS RECORDING, a week of trying to get a full victory in bite by night and now it feels like a waste because of this app

I experienced a serious issue with recording While using the app, my gameplay was recording normally but after finishing the recording completely disappeared and was not saved anywhere not in the app and not in my gallery This caused me to lose my content This is very frustrating because there was no warning or error message. Please fix the stability of long recording and ensure recordings are saved properly Also it would help to have an auto-save or recovery system in case something goes wrong

Inadequate app on mobile. I'm using a galaxy ZFold 7 and the app consistently crashes my clips i'm trying to watch to where I cannot play them unless I force close the app and and reopen, and then it's just a lottery which video will actually play regardless of if I'm on Wi-Fi or mobile data. My mobile data speeds are a 100down 8up. Actual dog water

I used this app and when I am using the medal recorder for my Roblox clip where you get 2 tasks first connect your Roblox account and I did that and then when I am going to do the 2nd my Roblox app won't work and it freezes it's not good but pls fix this bug ASAP ‼️

so I tried verifying my account to get an in game reward and I entered my number and it didn't want to load. I exit out and restart now it says I can't do it because Im doing it too frequently. I wait 2-3 hours and I attempt to verify. Still says to check back in a bit
I'm on a summit 5g using Android 14 nothing on this app works it's super buggy it made my game lag like crazy and I can't view or upload what clips I did take would not recommend
It saves on my pc and phone perfectly fine but on my phone I can only save clips that are 3-5 Seconds long and I cannot save videos that are over 5 seconds please help
sometimes medal turns on automatically, sometimes it doesn't, that means when I forget that medal isn't on I can't clip my gameplay. also clipped videos in my laptop isn't showing in my phone (the latest videos) and the clips in my phone are sometimes frozen. forgot to tell you the quality is ahh🥀💔
i use this app to clip my pc game in replacement of xbox gamebar. So, every time I post my clip in pc and rewatch it in my phone, all of the hastag are gone, i don't know why maybe I forgot, but i'm pretty sure that i include the hastag before i post. So please developer to check this bug. This platform has so much potential
