The exercises provided are not very clear, and there is no voice guidance available. It would be beneficial if the developers could learn from applications like Hinge Health to improve the quality of this physical therapy application.
Awkward to use. Might be useful if one could transfer the list of exercises to a watch. I prefer a printout to trying to work with the app.
