Opens stuff in Chrome, even if something else is the default browser. Wont use again.

Die Übernahme ist keine gute Sache, das mögen wir nicht unterstützen. Keine App und kein MediaMarkt/Saturn mehr für uns.
Es steht über 50€ bestellung kostenlose lieferung,hab 50p€ Waschmaschine bezahlt und 40€ muste ich lieferung bezahlen

App always freezes, delayed inputs, sometimes you have to close the app. It basically does not respond sometimes.

Doesn't work at all with a VPN enabled, cause it doesn't have any means of displaying the verification dialogue, which you get on the website - which is probably what keeps any loading from failing in the backend. Fittingly bad coding, considering the website is also insanely laggy and nearly unusable.
Bugs im Bestellvorgang, musste App neu starten. Werde die App wieder deinstallieren.
Versehentlicher doppelter Einkauf von Software kann nicht storniert werden. Komplett fehlendes Verständnis vom Service. Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Hilfe.

Only in German language, no English. Hey developers, around 14 million expats living in Germany. Uninstalling because no English translation. You get better deals on Alza and app is in 6 languages.
MediaMarkt als Verkäufer ist einfach unterirdisch. Bestellungen zum Black Friday erst nach mehreren Tagen bearbeitet und dann war die Ware angeblich ausverkauft obwohl in der App immer noch als auf Lager angezeigt aber zu einem deutlich höheren Preis. Es ist einfach ein Abzocke Laden. Bei denen kaufe ich nie mehr etwas.

The app is super slow and buggy. It takes a lot of time to search for things and the UI elememts take forever to load. I just use the browser instead.

while the app works in most respects, beware that upon purchasing online and doing in-store pickup, they use a slow and unreliable invoice verification method using a phone, and the phone doesn't work and if that doesn't work then you can't pick anything up and have to spend hours at the store waiting for anything to happen. Poor show Mediamarkt, poor show.
