De app is niet eens heel slecht en was nodig ivm een aanbieding. Alle marketing opties uitgezet en toch krijg ik elke dag mails met onzin aanbiedingen. Pure SPAM, ook na nogmaals afmelden. Gemeld bij autoriteit persoonsgegevens.

Slow app, half the buttons don't work or take 10-30 seconds to load
Het is onmogelijk om contact op te nemen met een medewerker. Dit kan alleen via een contactformulier en dan moet je maar hopen dat het opgelost wordt of dat je vraag gelezen wordt. Echt super slechte service!!!

I am on pixel 9 pro xl, no other app is this glitchy for me.

Schandalig hoe slecht deze app met de privacy van gebruikers omgaat. Bij mij gaat deze direct de prullebak in. En dan nog mensen de app in dwingen door bepaalde producten alleen bestelbaar te maken via de app. Voor mij heeft Mediamarkt volledig afgedaan.

Tried to have the parcel delivered to a pick up point - no postal code has been recognized, ridiculous.
This is the slowest app I've ever used. It takes ages to get and display info. Also, there's no way of contacting anyone though the app - no chat, forms or numbers.
Traag, onoverzichtelijk, negeert notificatie instelling, vergeet login, kortom: prut.

Just installed it to check a gift card i got. it redirects you to a website where you have to do a human verifying puzzle everytime. It then asks you to manually input the card numbers, it won't let you just scan the code. Just stupid. In the end it just displayed an error. Not helpfull at all. At the mediamarkt store in Delft NL employees where to busy talking to each other and did not want to scan the card for me. What a bunch off ... this company.
Als je online koopt, zeggen ze dat ze morgen zullen leveren, maar na betaling leveren ze de goederen 3 of 4 dagen te laat.
Why not add English language?
I keep downloading, in the hopes that it's been updated to make it usable, but it's not. Unable to use it with no language option. I think the developers were just lazy.

Extremely slow It takes the app a long time to respond to user input. One tends to tap the screen a few times to make sure it got the message. Then it suddenly flips through a few pages, because I tapped it a few times. No, it's not my tablet. Same on my phone. The app is slow and unusable. Using an internet browser is much faster. Though the server seems to be slow too. They'd better start looking for a better service provider. Uninstalled.
Very bad it feels like that's they want to show you what they want to sell and they hide the othere products the best way to buy from Mediamarkt, it's to go to Mediamarkt shop like I was trying to see Ebike it show few but if you go to the shop you see the othere very bad website and app.
App functionality is bad. Search is not remembered when you look at a product and go back. Finding anything that is not a product is a hassle, to many clicks for, i.e., finding info about stores. The app has a permanent "no internet connection" banner, while 5g or wifi is clearly working. To me, this makes the app less trustworthy to do purchases. My advice would be to go to the webpage in a browser or a store.
Dit zijn hele slechte winkels, dat zweer ik. Ik heb een vleesmachine gekocht en niets ontvangen. Toen ging ik terug en de medewerker zei tegen mij: "We zullen het geld binnen vijf dagen aan je teruggeven." Een maand geleden, tot dit moment heb ik niets ontvangen.
Hoe is het mogelijk om zo'n ontzettend slome app te maken. Niet te gebruiken!
De applicatie werkt heel erg traag

De app en website zijn beide verschrikkelijk sloom.
Je moet echt niks bestellen bij MediaMarkt. Leverings tijd houden ze nooit aan. Volgende dag motto is bij hun altijd bijna een week.
We are in 2022 a.D. You'd need to translate this app at least in English. Unbelievable and somehow discriminatory that there's no English option.

cant even check out using my bank, sometimes it gets stuck in checkout without reason too and deletes the products from your cart after failing payment. ridiculous.
telefonisch totaal onbereikbaar. Mijn Soundbar heeft een kapotte hdmi poort, maar ik krijg niemand aan de telefoon die me vertellen kan of ik de soundbar zonder voeding en subwoofer kan brengen voor garantie of dat ze mee moeten. Ik moet nu 30 km rijden om daar achter te komen. Is telefonisch onbereikbaar zijn zelfs maar legaal?

I placed an order through the app and after paying through my banking app, this app went all white and once I pressed back button, it took me back to step 1 of cart. Moreover, this app has no option to change the language. As an international living in NL, I should have the option to use the app in English.
Anything you do in the app, from opening product pages to simply sorting the list of products is SLOW. Any other app works quite fast, and I think the website on mobile also feels faster, but most actions you take in the app just take a good few seconds to load: there also are no spinners or animations or anything, making me second guess if the app registered my tap, if it's frozen or actually loading the next page in the background. I would recommend you just use the website
This app is so slow..
Does not run well. Useless in app deals. Just us ethe webversion it runs better.
