I ordered from this app. The delivery was made without even taking the OTP from me and the support staff mentioned they will not be able to assist me as their customer policy do not allow them as in their system, it shows that the delivery was made after OTPwas given to the delivery partner from my end. I never received my order, neither did I get any support after that. Use another marjeting app, not this.
Use only for small item below 3kg. if you order more than that Or big in size meesho will feel you hell to return the product.

now they are didn't deliver our product on time i order some top on 3rd may but now it's a 9th may and they are didn't dispatch my order yet..😑

I want a wall sticker in my kitchen so that I ordered in meesho but the price was very low such that I ordered in the meesho only and then after the order was placed and I paid online also and then the meesho app suddenly cancelled my order ensure that the seller was cancelled and then what the use of placing the order in meesho everything my time and everything has been wasted DO NOT BOOK IN MEESHO because they will cancel at any time and may not be refunded your amount

Very disappointing experience with Meesho. My order was marked delivered, but neither I nor my family received it. Since 8 April, I kept contacting support and NCH, but Meesho only repeated “policy” and “OTP verified delivery” without proper investigation or delivery proof. No real help, only copy-paste replies. Very stressful experience. Be careful with prepaid and Pay Later orders. ⭐1/5 if you really want a chance again then refund my money for further talk mail me
