I'll end up spending 25 minutes attempting to refill medications using the app and still not have success and end up having to call and manually request refill. Absolutely over it.

They also send me mailers with special coupons that I need to scan a QR code to access, however when I do the app says there's no offers available. Super convenient Meijer!
Original rating of 1⭐️ from 2021 due to overcharging & response from Meijer below stands. App continues to not run smoothly and is inconvenient to use, but now in addition, it says I must login again - but just continually loops back to login when I try from any available login link. All normal android app troubleshooting steps have failed to resolve. Am forced to use website instead. Does the dev team ever read these reviews?
Shop & scan works but the scanners at the express checkout will not scan the bar code.
The app doesn't let me sign in. I click the sign in button, it gives a green check like I have signed and just loops me back to wherever I was just at. Problem is, I'M NOT SIGNED IN! Your code has a loop that goes to nowhere.
Used to work fine, but it's currently non-functional for me. As soon as I login on the app, it crashes within seconds. Uninstalled and reinstalled, started up fine and seemed stable. As soon as I logged in, it crashed again. Possibly from the latest April update, it worked fine before that.

Zero stars. The app randomly logged me out and I can't get back in. I suspect its because I created my mPerks in store, so there might be no email attached to my account. Can't create a new account because they have my number, no option to log in with just my number and the email never gets sent to reactive my account. So the app is useless for me! Loved it while I could use it though :/

Been using this app for over 5 years and in the last year I'm certain meijer is purposely trying to make this app worse with every update. I'm not exaggerating. It started as just being choppy when scrolling. Then when viewing the ad you had to pinch to zoom just right or it wouldn't zoom and then it would shoot up/down past everything. Now you can't zoom, half the time it won't find the stores near me, I can't clip coupons and it randomly signs me out every 3 or 4 times I use it. GARBAGE.
App wont let me sign in or reset my credentials. App logged me out after an update, and I can not log back in. Very frustrating. Tried to make a new account and it said unable to and to try again later 🙄🙄

Claiming mPerks simply does NOT work! what's the point of clipping coupons and earning points (being a loyal customer) if the app (the only way you can claim points) does not EVER WORK! Every time I open the app, go to use my points, it says, "Sorry, we are unable to display your mPerks rewards and earn opportunities at this time." EVERYTIME! How can I fix this?? lame.
this has to be the worst app that I ever had on my phone I'm about to say bye-bye to them I went on my account and it said I no longer have an account and I tried to download it and it wouldn't work as reading the reviews it's like thousands of people having trouble with this app ripoff is the common word they know there's a problem but they're not doing nothing it pisses everybody off yet nobody's gotten any help according to their post
this app is so clunky and never loads correctly. no vpn or other issues and it's one of the worst shopping apps I've used.
bad user friendly, cumbersome
Add EBT card, card isn't recognized for free delivery. Go to "edit order". Free delivery is there but not the ebt card. Also have to add credit card back. Proceeds to try to add the EBT card back, doesnt show up.

SOOOOOOOOOOO SLOW. Do better Meijer! You certainly have enough money to FIX YOUR APP.
I haven't been able to place a pickup or delivery order for a LONG time. It deleted my current card info and only has my expired one. When I try to add a new card it says there's a problem on their end and to refresh the page or try another card. Doesn't matter what card I try it won't work.
Useless! It doesn't even send me my code to login.
keeps crashing - logging out every few days. it really isn't all too bad, just a couple rough edges that do end up getting In the way of functionality.
added items to my shopping list throughout the week and had about 50 items to get, now that it's my off day from work I'm getting ready to go shopping and open the app to see My Entire List Is GONE and the app isn't even letting me add items to it any more. if Meijer wasn't the closest store to walk to safely they would not get any business from me but unfortunately that's the case..
I haven't been able to access my moerks in a few months or track my progress. fix this or I will just delete the app. It's literally the whole reason I use it.

This app RARELY works and happens to never work while youre in the store shopping. Currently cannot login to the app and gives no reasoning aside from "unable to sign in" ive lost out on so many points due to the app being unusable most the time.
After trying 5 times to place a order I'm giving up
