Die App hat einen Fehler und stürzt immer wieder ab, wenn sie versucht, den Verifizierungsprozess abzuschließen.

Unfortunately i have tried many times to verify but they wouldn't verify, everytime different error. Today is the last day to register and verify my documents and Unfortunately the app isn't responding. Very disappointing.

The App constantly seems to be experiencing technical issues. First, the identification process crashed at the very end. Trying a second time it crashed midway through. I can't access anything due to technical error.

The app doesn't tell one how much is in/has been paid into the account. That's the one piece of information I'm looking for. Currently I can only see what would theoretically be paid into the account monthly/annually. Having the account summary would save both me and Allianz numerous phone calls.
Always ask to identify to unlock features, but till date, the app never worked after submitting all requirements.
The greed of getting richer is fenomenal with this company. But is the rich that get richer and the poor they get poorer. Aldo it will not be possible without the little dogs in the offices that with no self esteem milk the population.
I received the link to register by an agent . However, could not complete because the contract number is not valid. Apparently it doesn't recognise the change in the number because it's too early. It is really disappointing to find out after completing all the other steps that the needed information from Allianz is not in the system yet. Please improve this and send information for registration once everything from Allianz is in place to avoid that customers waste their time. Thank you
I hardly can login! Nearly always stating that login is temporary not available. I am trying to activate my identity, every time it says un less than 24 hours it will be verified and i will be notified, but neither happen, although how much i do it.
Beschreibung wie man sich im App anmeldet fehlt. In my Allianz Portal ist sie auch nicht zu finden. Ich nehme an, für die Autoren ist das kein Problem. Weitere Nützlichkeit des Apps kann ich natürlich nicht einschätzen. Als ich bei Allianz Versicherung genommen habe, hat es wohl noch den App nicht gegeben, vlt deshalb geht es jetzt na hvjdhtrn nicht. Ich überlege mir gerade ob ich mit meiner Versicherung irgendwohin sonst umziehe.
I cancelled my insurance in May using the app, to be ended on July. As of up to date, payments from Allianz are still ongoing, I have sent several emails already, but I have had no response so far. I'm not sure if the app does what is supposed to be doing.

Terrible app face recognition failed 4 times. Not sure while this is used instead of my bund id. Now all services related to contracts are not available ... epic fail!

Useless app
A lot of problems with the registration and very bad online identity verification.. I spent more than 2 hours for registration and I didn't passed... Also I do not know why I need to add my contact number to complete the registration... I have two contact number from Allianz through Amazon, but the system doesn't accept them. You need to have direct contracts with Allianz... And that is responsible.... So what the value of using my Allianz if I could access all my contracts 🤔🤔🤔🤔
was für eine freche Denkweise, dass ich unbedingt ein Sicherungsoption einstellen muss... das Handy gehört mir nicht dir. Mit oder ohne Passwort zu nutzen ist mein Freiheit.. ich war bei euch aber wegen das nicht mehr...
Typisch Deutsch. An app that takes you to the Allianz website. Useless. On top, it doesn't even show my contracts. What's the point of doing a full-on video identification if this app just forwards me to your Web page??? Time wasted...

Self identification doesn't work: "video selfie" isn't starting even after third attempt
It is horrible to use this app. I would like to cancel my contract, but it seems that I can not cancel the contract online, but only in App after an identification verification process, which is fair. Unfortunately my idetlntification cannot be accepted by App since the issuing country was not listed. But I use the same passport to sign this contract and now they don't accept the passport to force me pay forever? I tried to write them online but never have a call back.

Emails zur Registrierung kommen nicht an, woraufhin der Freischaltcode unbrauchbar wird, zudem muss alles doppelt und dreifach eingegeben werden (wieso muss ich meine Verträge hinzufügen?) Einfach nur unausgereift. Edit Nach 2 Jahren: Nach wie vor nicht zu gebrauchen die App. Jetzt heißt es es gäbe bereits einen Account. Wenn ich ein neues Passwort anfordern will, passiert aber nichts, weil es scheinbar keinen Account gibt. Was denn jetzt?
Funktioniert gar nicht, man muss sich jedes Mal anmelden und dann steht es besteht bereits ein Konto..
In the mailbox, there is no possibility to reply og attach documents. Unacceptable when Allianz is asking for documentation.
