Meitu- AI Photo & Video Editor

i accidentally purchased the apps.. how can i cancel, and already credit to my acct .

this app is no longer fun to use. unless you pay a subsciption or use their "free" AI editing tools, filters. its gotten worse, less actually free tools/filters to use.

finished editing, but couldn't export my video

I paid for VIP features and not 1.5 months later, those features moved to VIP+ features. I was not grandfathered into what I paid for. I reached out to them and they kept telling me that those were limited features and referred me to the terms. VIP+ was not even a thing at the time I purchased! I requested a refund to no avail. $50 down the drain. A total scam for such a great app. I'm very disappointed.

Any and All Image Editing apps you find on google play or Apple stores are going to be garbage. I work in the C.G.I. Editing and Boudoir Imagery industry and have tried almost 'all' Editing apps on Google play and in my opinion are all equally as bad. There ok for people with inexperience in photo editing who want to press a button let the app do the work. Even then very ordinary Go online and use 'editing programs' not apps. Zen Creator or Adobe photo shop editor.

Please reinstate the skin tone changing tool...( Tool Tone)😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

terrible since video ads were included. I am looking for an alternative. I used this app many years ago. very sad how negatively it changed. and no I won't pay.

ANNOYING FORCEFUL ADS. THERE'S NO SUCH THING BACK THEN.

You need to choose your advertisers more carefully. Every time I open the app, I get inappropriate and filthy ads . You seriously need to review who you allow to advertise here. This has completely ruined my experience, and I'm deleting this app. I'm very disappointed.

paid for premium for 2 years. increasingly annoyed by the app. photo editing quickly racks up a few GBs in storage and halts further editing. video editing has been increasingly laggy, prone to damaged drafts and missing clips that have to be re-added. facial editing at times fails to recognise faces. would be nice to have a workaround to manually get the app to recognise a face. AI is primitive - poor generation and fake-looking results. will leave the app for another if these keep up
