Never can sign in. I've reset my password using the prescribed process, but the app never recognizes my login. Now I remember why I just use the website and uninstall the app. EDIT 6/8/26: App still sucks. Contacted them at the email address they gave me and they still haven't done jack sнιτ.

The app's lack of accessibility settings make it useless for researching products. I am legally blind and the only available theme makes it feel like I'm reading fine print backlit by a spotlight. Adding ability to select a dark theme (white font on black background) would make the app useful for visually impaired shoppers Thank you
App is does not want to load and randomly closes.
They will absolutely lie and say something is in stock, just so they can surprise you with a $160 delivery fee for a 9$ garden hose, this is after these weasels try and gouge you with hidden "service fees" for the privilege of buying from them. It was clearly a mistake for our school system to sign up here for a commercial maintenance account, and we will be switching to Home Depot. I know menards is famous for its lack of ethics, but stealing from a school?
Pick up directions we're not clear. Reading fine print notice "product" would be located in outdoor warehouse. Which makes me assume, I can pick up anytime.
Im getting tired of having to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work right. Works great for a few minutes and then when you hit the back button it kicks you all the way out. Then you click on the app again and it takes you right back to what you where looking at.
