charges for stove installation and removal but they do not actually do the installation
The price shown is after rebate. This is deceiving and should be illegal.
Used app to create shopping lists. Used to work great. About a month ago stopped working in Eden prairie Menards store, result of a app update or store Wi-Fi. Makes lists useless. so I don't have shopping list and leave without buying what I need.. works on home Wi-Fi or mobile data but not in the store. cannot access anything with my account. although general Wi-Fi works.
expensive shipping
only thing i dislike over the Menards app is their website. the tiles get bigger and bigger. I think Menards thinks blind 6 year olds shop on there.

Never can sign in. I've reset my password using the prescribed process, but the app never recognizes my login. Now I remember why I just use the website and uninstall the app.
Why is there no free shipping option for large orders? Why am I charged a processing fee? Lowes and Home Depot offer these and most places. It deters me from shopping with Menards.

I love Menards, but the app is horrible. It is always glitching out. The search doesn't work half the time, always says there's an error, or trying to find something in plumbing and will say error, I can't use the app. Now every time I press back it exits out of the app. Now I'm to the point where I'd rather shop somewhere else. I'm consistently on the go so the app is kind of vital for me. I thought it was my phone, but I just switched from iPhone to Google pixel, and the same thing happens.

Would not let me order more than one of the barbecue racks
Order via phone in minutes, but in order to get the rebate: 1) print the receipt, 2) print & complete a rebate form, 3) physically mail them, and 4) wait 6-8 weeks.
it repeatedly gives me the oops message and I have to restart the app several times during one order
constantly have to update it and change my password and logout/back in to submit an order
