Very slow and almost impossible to use
With the current update, the performance has degraded significantly. Need an urgent fix.
We have been using the app for a couple of months. It's not possible to log in using our password anymore, and there is no option to reset the password.
Von 2 menüs kann nie umbestellen..steht kein guthaben,obwohl buchung immer am 1 in monat folgt
log in zu aufwendig, app reagiert langsam, sehr unübersichtlich aufgebaut. weiß nach 10 minuten benutzung immer noch nicht wie man essen bestellt
Verryyyy complicated app
I can't login anymore. It says it can't reach the server.
Seit einiger Zeit funktioniert die App nicht mehr. Im Speiseplan wird nur noch eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, und auch eine komplette Neuinstallation hat nicht geholfen.
Funktioniert nicht mehr nach dem letzten Update. Der Bildschirm ist weiß, und sonst passiert nichts.
No overview provided for: price per meal, ingredients per meal, in a week. Need to navigate a lot to get any overview. Very bad visualization, and tedious interaction. No information about possible allergies for a meal You could use legends: as chicken, vegan... Best
We need the option to use multiple logins. Those with 2 or more kids, will have to logout and login each time, which is very irritating. Also we need possibility to take a report for period to see how much was spent. It was all there in previous app.

money takes ages to load
It was barely usable, and it feels like it's just the website converted into an APK with some random online tool. Now, the login doesn't even work in the app anymore (it does on the website).
Any other app just requires username and password and then saves them. This app requires additionally a "Project" and none of the 3 infos for login is saved. This is the main usability problem. The overview over ordered food is just possible week by week, they don't offer a running calender where you can see e.g. 5 to 8 weeks or something like that as many calendar apps offer it. The spending per day can be seen, but again no overview or statistics. It just meets the bare minimum, no love in it.
