I was charged and was not even notified for the subscription. while it was clearly stated, after the free trial I will be notified and asked for a subscription, but they didn't. and now they don't even have an option in the app to terminate or cancel the plan, so basically you are forced to pay. frankly the app is not even worth it.
I was charged $14.99 and $9.99 respectively when going through the confirmation process for an advertised childhood trauma report. No skip button was visible unless you scrolled, which caused me to press continue and get wrongly charged. These transactions aren't visible on Google Pay, which makes me suspect they got access to my credit card directly. I'll demand a refund immediately. I'll also report you to my bank.
I've been trying to cancel but cannot find how to do it and the keep taking my money. The only option is to delete your account but it doesn't say the payment will do. Very difficult to figure out, still haven't been successful.

Right at the beginning it asks "what can we help you do?" but the options are cut off so you can't read them. That doesn't inspire confidence in the rest of the app.
this app is paid. you get 4 days as a trial. they want you to pay $30 a year OR $50 lifetime. that's a lot imo

was very hopeful then get told 3 days free and then £2.99 per week. looked really useful just a shame that its not accessible for those with limited income.
