何回も連続でキャンセルになる。1時間ほど手続きを続けていたが、受付ができるお店が結局見つからないから、他のアプリを使った。もちろん、キャンセルにならないお店もあるが、キャンセルになる場合が注文の半分以上であるため、改善しなければこのアプリを使うことはない。

Our lunch order has been cancelled three times on different days so we were not able to eat lunch on those days. all you receive is a 500 yen coupon that you can't even use with other coupons that have higher value so it's meaningless. Do yourself a favor and use UberEats instead. This app is trash. They also have scam gatcha game inside the app. I won once with the free coupons but they want you to pay like 2000 yen for delivering a small item.l that you won already.
毎回の起動時の読み込みが遅すぎる
全く信用できない。企業姿勢を疑う。ポンタパスだかmenuパスだかのサブスクみたいなのを体験で登録してみたら、その登録情報や解除方法がヘルプページ含めていくら探しても見つらなかった。ITエンジニア目線でも苦労。なんとか解除できたけど、 支払いに影響するサブスクという最も重要な部分の情報確認・解約の動線が分かりづらいアプリ、会社は一切信用できないので二度と使わない
Menu is very scam app This app is giving cuppon but in all cuppon same thing is their. First i have scratch cuppon there is 6,800 voucher. Then I said to my sister who live little far from my house then my sister said that is scam they didn't give any discount . So don't download this it will take all money from your account
到着予定時間が正しいようなケースがほぼなくて、店が近くても実際の時間との差が30分ぐらいという場合が多いです。 配達員の状況はよくわかりますが、menuの責任として、非現実的な時間を約束しないでほしいです。

一生マッチングしなくて草 コロナも明けましたしすぐこの会社潰れるわ。 たぶん、東京以外は使えないっぽいね。 20回キャンセルされてんだけど配達員いる？w マップで配達員がどこに居るか、近くにいるか確認できるようにしたら？ （追記）一切マッチングしないから、ふざけて唐揚げ99個頼んだら初めてマッチングしたけど食いきれねえw （再追記）マジで使えないアプリです。おすすめしないです。 累計100回はキャンセルされました。そのせいで他の方と同じようにクレジットカード止まりました。 もうどうでもいいです。アインストールしました。

注意！受け取れないと破棄して返金なしです！ ちょうど家にいた家族への連絡が足りずに受け取れませんでしたが、050番号からの不明な電話に出られないと一瞬で破棄して返金なしです。 それが飲食物のデリバリーならわかりますが、米のような常温保存可能で日持ちもするものだけの配達でも「破棄」です。「破棄」ですよ。 もちろん返金もなしです。 出前なら他のサービスの方がよいですし、スーパーのサービスは使わない方がいいです。絶対に。
デリバリー一切無いのに、勝手に注文完了された。それに対して自動メッセージしか来ない。「返金します」だけじゃ済まないよ。 後日返金とか…客を何と思ってるの????? 支払いの場合は秒速で引き落とされるなら、同じスピードで返金しろ!
ピザを注文して、決済も完了していたが、配達員とマッチングしなかった為、注文を自動的にキャンセルされた！決済のキャンセル処理はされたがそんなんで配達自体をキャンセルされるとは思ってなかったので残念です！星１もつけたくない！最悪のアプリ！もう2度と利用しない！
After entering credit card info app freezes (pixel 6 pro). Tried 2 cards. Wasted 10 minutes.
Very bad customer service. I got my delivery missing some items, there are no ways to directly contact the restaurant so I had to send multiple E-mails to menu to which there were no replies. I got scammed.
まだまだ使える場所は少ない、あったとしても利用してないお店、知らないお店しかない。
Scam
The app is a little cheaper than other delivery apps, because they do a lot of promotions. But outside of that, they are worse than every other delivery service. I have ordered from Menu a total of three times now. The first two times took nearly an hour for the food to arrive, so it was always cold, and the third time they just straight canceled the order after two hours of waiting. They did refund my order but only offered a ¥500 coupon for my next order as compensation. Will not use again.
Very funny app. My credit card is not allowed to be used. When I tried another credit card, I was told to wait. I waited all day and still had to wait. In addition, after the mobile phone number has been registered, there will be no error message when registering with the same mobile phone number. There is a problem with the retry interval set by your engineer and using the message queue to send sms messages results in no error message. These are the stupidest mistakes in system design

This app is garbage
12回中10回配達員が見つからず注文がキャンセルされた。同じお店から1-2分ずれで注文しても、片方は通って片方キャンセルされた。
最低。The order was cancelled multiple times cause there are no delivery person to be found. It's not even far, it's like 20 minutes on foot to the restaurant. Why open a online food delivery service with no delivery staffs lol

Worst App
自分が住んでいるエリアだと、肝心のご飯時には8割くらいの店が「配達エリアを一部制限中」になってしまい、注文できない。しかも、配達停止中の店も検索結果に表示されるので、非常に店が探しにくい。おまけに、なぜか停止中の店は「配達時間0分」と表示される！テレポートするんですか？笑 しょっちゅうポストにクーポン入ってるので試してみたが、これじゃとても使う気になりません。Uber Eatsか出前館使います。クーポン配る金があるならアプリ改善したほうがいいと思いますよ。
When I made the order, they cancelled automatically and cut the money from my card. And I don't know how to get it back. Useless application for all people. 最低。

Very bad customer service. They gave me a non vegetarian dish even though I am a vegetarian and I had mentioned that. No refunds provided for that item due to company policy.
They keep sending coupons for signing up and first use discount to try out, but then the phone or SMS registration code never comes through. Almost seems like a scam, very annoying.

Terrible service. Out of 3 times, 1 time our food came, 1 time they canceled after I ordered, and 1 time they canceled 10 minutes after the food was supposed to reach us. So I had to run to the store to get food for my starving family. That was the last time I use this garbage service, that's for sure.
A friend give me code for invitation but when enter, it said code is sent but nothing happened. i selected call for the code, nothing happened... One of the biggest country but have the worst app experience. So far behind compare to other countries...
