There are many stores in Portugal but in the app it does not allow to add a Portugal postal code, therefore can't use the app.
App does not accept Portuguese postal codes, blocking access in Portugal despite many stores. Please enable Portugal or allow basic/in-store use without postcode. Also, add a scannable barcode/QR for NIF to speed up checkout.

delivery guys very food. but the food quality i got on these orders very very bad. "black tomatoes" completely green and not edible. Spanish ham cebo very expensive with 60% of tocino, the fat, waste of money. When i claimed they said its between their standards and nothing. I paid extra for the delivery and they said i can go to the shop myself to exchange the products. why do i even pay extra? for that poor quality? never again

Useless in Portugal
Dice que no encuentra tiendas en 28703, comunidad de Madrid, y tengo una a dos calles, arreglen su app.
The app is useless for unsupported postal codes
I can't even enter the app. It expects me to put a postal code and then says my postal code doesn't exist. Even if I wanted home delivery I can't even access the app. All I wanted is to see special offers and if it has a loyalty program. Mercadona either hires better IT and get with the programme of the other apps in Portugal or you can just keep waiting for me to go to your store. 🚫🚫🚫
Doesn't work properly
Não sei se a APP só funciona em Espanha... Instalei para ver a variedade de produtos existente, já que na minha área de residência não tem o supermercado, só na cidade vizinha. Não permite sequer fazer o acesso por código postal escrito ou através da localização. Nota zero se existisse .
No entiendo por qué desde la web te deja pedir y desde la app no. Llevo esperando más de un año a poder pedir desde la app y no hay manera.

25/04/24: sumamos un año más sin poder utilizar la app... Es ridículo que una cadena como Mercadona no cubra todas sus tiendas con esta app. Hace poco me mudé a otro pueblo de la misma provincia y aquí nos tenemos que contentar con una web de los años 80, donde no hay foto de producto, no se puede repetir pedido, y solo se puede elegir producto a base del título del producto... Una vergüenza para una empresa tan grande. Llevan más de 2 años diciendo que ampliarán a otros lugares.
Cads vez que quiero ver un producto me devuelve a la página de inicio o la aplicación se cierra

I can't enter the app, as it expects me to enter a postal code and then says we do not deliver to that location. But I don't want delivery. I want to see the products, special offers, in which ailse I can find a product, so I can prepare my shopping trip before going to the store.

Dumb app I just wanted to check a product to see if Mercadona hold this product. The app will not open, because my post code is not covered. Which is not accurate!

The store has branches in Spain and in Portugal, yet Portugal isn't even supported by the app. Please change this!

Falta muchisimo poder echar productos desde tu carro a comprar mas tarde o faboritos. Solo existe borrar Permanente . Es asi un follon. PORFA ANADIR OPCION GUARDAR PARA COMPRAR LUEGO O FAVORITOS!!!!
It's ridiculous that the app still doesnt deliver or allow online purchase for many places of Spain .. After so many years and the website where we can purchase no images just names of items ..dinosaur age technology. What a shame cinsidering how much I love the supermarket however I lack free time. They dont even allow Glovo for cities not within their few zipcodes available in the country.
Bien por la idea y llevarla acabo. Mal porque desde hace unas semanas no me aparecen los tickets. Ni reinstalando la app, ni borrando caches, he conseguido que vuelvan a aprender los tickets (ni nuevos, ni antiguos)
