Car superb , dealership experience aweful. SBI internet works better, whenever you ask for something system is down sir / system error. and then for days you won't hear answers. I really wonder how much cars are sold in bhopal/ indore unit that it takes them days to solve small issues.. 😄
Remote settings on the app haven't worked since being installed (3 months ago). Contacted Mercedes who tried a couple of fixes, still no joy. Seems like Mercedes have given up as there's been no further contact. Disappointing! Never had any of these issues with the Kia app.

I have created an account but still can't get logged in. Every time I try it reverts to log in. I saw another user had same issue but was fixed when he reinstalled. Not my case. Any ideas from support?

i can't log in , i made an account, but always when i give my password, it opene for 1 seconds and closes. my mobile is galaxy s23 .
can't log in, I'm just revered back to the login screen. also already deleted and made a new account
Terrible interface, if you are looking for an electrical charging station on destination on map goodluck! once you found the charging station good luck matching the number to the station or pod. Also constant "server error " when presseing charge. So unreliable it's laughable. In app call function doesn't work and have messaged last week and no reply. Email replies all by AI so dont waste your time.

App is terrible. Sign up looks horrific on mobile device. Once I signed up on a laptop, I still cannot login to the app. Awful.
why does the app keep thinking I'm in the USA when I'm in the UK. doesn't let change location, I enter log in details but doesn't log on. just sends me back to log in or create account page, if not I get a message on my screen saying page not available?
poor app
pointless asking me to rate the app. ive sent my suggestion many times and it gets ignored or miss understood. Just like other manufacturers, why cannot mercedes put an outside temperature in the app. I'm not saying temperatures for setting the heating or cooling, an outside air temperature. This way in colder weather is can decide if i need to put on the cars heating as I have an outside air temperature from the cars outside air temperature sensor.

directed to this app for service plan details. bizarrely complex login set up which seems to be little more than harvesting data before sending you back to the landing page. Never successfully signed in despite having an account and resetting password. Annoying & uninstalled.

Smece kao i kompletan MBUX Navodno integriran store u ovu aplikaciju.... naravno ne radi.
After buying digital addon, it nedded firmware update of central unit that official MB service charged me 5 times the cost of addon. Never again MB!
No auto dash cam. Seemingly no way of triggering it as part of a routine. renders a massive part of the car and app useless.
Installed,created account and when i try to log in it doesn't let me go past the login screen. It goes just back to the login screen after I log in.
5 weeks after collecting my brand new CLA 250+ and the app still isnt working! Due to this, certain functions on the car dont work. Numerous contact made with Mercedes via the app and the car and a day in the local dealership and it's still not working. This is my first Mercedes and it's really not a good start! With regards to your below comment, I have already reached out to your colleagues via the app help tab numerous times. 28/05/26 in the garage and still not working!
The status stopped updating 2 days ago. I tried clearing both caches and re-signing to the app, the result is now my car isn't even showing in the picture (covered). Last status update 2 days ago - I was on a trip yesterday, with parking outside...This app is such a hit and miss on even basic functionality!

Disappointing app. Can't set a time at which you want to start charging the battery when at home, or by what time you want it full. Can't stop charging from the app (to allow cable disconnecting), only with the key (even on home setting), so you still need the key in your hand! Can’t disable connection app to calendar (&shows items cancelled in Google calendar). If car left unlocked for a while (alarm gets active by itself), you need to lock in order to deactivate the alarm by unlocking the car.
It's pretty slow to load when I want/need to perform a remote command. Very functional app.
just realized the cars dash cam that records on a memory stick is unplayable on a pc. apparently that's been an issue for a while according to Mercedes. are u going to fix it then??? can't you do a version on sentry mode like Tesla where u can live view your cars cam and be up there with the better EV brands?
Terrible infotainment and driver assistance controls.
Just too expensive for the service. App is buggy, crashes occasionally, it's glitchy, often reports incorrect statuses from the car.
1) electric intelligence on Android does not work, last 2 weeks it did not work. 2) many maintenance downtimes, cannot check my charging invoices on a usual Saturday because of downtime...
The app worked just fine(with the location beeing faulty and stuff),but now I am in a continous loop of the login screen(after I log into the account it takes me to the main screen for 2 seconds than back on the login page),why do you do this mercedes?why?
