Absolute scammers they steal you money repeatedly and won't do anything when things go missing, do not trust this game they with screw you over and lie to your face

If i could give them negative 5 stars I would Poor customer service They double charged me for a purchase then refused to give me a refund They blamed my bank and told me to take the issue to them I also contacted them due 2 lost progress & $200 in purchases from game failure 2 save They gave me the runaround Support in the game said to email then the email said to go to support in the game They closed the complaint without any resolution or response.
Y'all been around. Why the hell do the dragons you collect do minimal work then go to sleep for half an hour when you collect so many. But gotta check on them THE MOMENT they're available or lose the bonus or help. Also, you put too many pay walls just to progress no matter how much progression you make.. It's sucha great game already, but pushed so heavily by ads or asking for money it loses interest.
Taptoy offerwalls for playing games to receive more gems.... I'm currently playing two games via Tapjoy. One gives less than 10 gems per task, while the other gives more gems (over 100 for the first 5 tasks). I have NOT received the 100+ gems despite being told by Tapjoy that Merge Dragons supposedly had already sent it through. Both customer service teams did not help. I've been told multiple time to close and reopen the app, which I've done multiple times and I still do not see the gems.
surprisingly enough, all the "artwork" in this game looks to be AI slop now

I have been playing this game for more than 6 years daily. I recently lost all my progress in camp alone and a few dragon power. Support was of no help in restoring my camp. 6 years of enjoyment gone just like that and as such I will be quitting the game since support are useless. They expect you to start over so many years of progress. Time given cannot be return
This game used to be fun and my review gave it 5 stars. The game has stopped being fun. The developers have started setting things up so that you can't actually win. There are collections requiring things that don't exist to be completed, so they can never be completed. There are prize hunts as part of some events where the final requirement to complete the hunt is to tap out a specific, non-existent type of egg nest. Don't waste your time and money.
Would have given it 5 stairs as I really used to enjoying playing this brilliant game but really fed up of waiting for new levels!! Come on , it's been months now!!!
what happened to the feature where I could spend jams on a game and I own jams to buy stuff. I really wanted to do it but I deleted my safilel be cuz I didn't have gems
yet another load of bollox
I have been a years long player on Merge Dragons. I now have to express my dissatisfaction because the game has become "buggy". For the past several months I click on options to receive gifts from the web, only to receive an error that the page is not available. The only gifts I receive are the basic offering. The special gifts are not obbtainable. Most recently,I have clicked on the special eggs that I pay to get and get nothing
not for me but not too bad either
Game just freezes up and will not show main page.
games inside the app tells me to update but there are NO updates available so I cannot play certain challenges.
I like the game but how do you expand your land like at the bottom of the screen without spending money.rsvp
