It doesn't deliver the promised bonuses. Some of my in app purchases disappear. It's glitchy. When I messaged their support time about this, the response I was given was something to the effect of "well you didn't do much anyway". It's hard to do anything when the app isn't working correctly. They gave me a few lives and a couple of coins for my troubles that didn't come close to what was lost. Everytime theres an update, in app purchases with real money items disappear. The game owners steal.
I'm downgrading my review because each of the last couple of major updates has moved the location of the in game navigation and controls into harder to find spots or requiring additional clicks to achieve the result. If they do it a couple of more times, I will probably uninstall the app. right now it's just really inconvenient and annoying, but much more will be practically unusable.
Used to be really great. This is part of the response received from support when trying to find out where the events and side games went to "You may not have access to some events because it is intended to check how a lighter schedule of events affects a small percentage of players.". No idea how long this "limbo" will last. Pick a different game to install!!
the game was good but occasionally it use to crash but after update it crashes every 5 min or doesn't even last 1 min it's so frustrating can u guys do something abt this it's getting irritating and can't keep starting the game every 5 min

I've been playing this game for a month made 16th and app purchases I had to get a new phone cuz mine was broken and log in and now all of my stuff is completely gone a customer support doesn't answer I'm playing it because of fetch and fetch should detach from this game

Please be aware that the moment you spend any money on this game it immediately punishes you. You'll lose access to the means to get more energy and unlock bubbles with ads instead of their in game currency. The prices for any booster packs go up dramatically. The drop rates for their mini games are so low you'd have to spend almost $30 to complet
UPDATE:: 4/22... I DO NOT like this new format! change it back to the previous one, and increase text size. I've been trying to play after that update, but I'm close to uninstalling it. I've played this game for years...as have others who have commented their hate for what you did to this game. pay attention to your crowd!
Between the auto merge and the new layout I think I'm going to stop playing and uninstall the game. Used to be a great game , but now it just sucks.
New layout in mobile app sucks. Please change it back. And please add the percentage for the area back. These changes are the worst yet.
I was having fun with this game, but now I've hit a wall. I can't progress until I earn 5500 coins, which is going to take DAYS. There aren't any other tasks to do. So other than making the daily trade items, the only things I can do in the game are spend money on packs with the coins I need (assuming that'll count to the goal) or spend days making items at random to sell. If you want a game people have to pay $5 to play, just charge people for the game instead of arbitrary barriers like this.
everything was fine until the recent update. Now theres no way of knowing how long until an area is fixed or at 100 percent. due to this I will prob find a different merge game to play.

This used to be my go-to game if I had 5 minutes spare, and purchased the season pass on the odd occasion as well, but since this latest update I can't get used to the new layout. Glib, unhelpful, standard automated response from Support when I fedback to them. Sadly, I've had to uninstall the game as it's just no fun any more.
Since the update I can't sell anything on my board when it's full. I haven't got several of my rewards from my season pass, a COMPLETE WASTE OF $12.99 BECAUSE I DON'T PROGRESS THROUGH IT NOW TO GET IT COMPLETED SO I LOSE A BUNCH OF REWARDS ATVTHE END! THAT'S SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS TO PULL ON LOYAL PLAYERS! I DON'T APPRECIATE THE SCAM!

Frustrated time waste. pool house level 28. says to buy items that aren't available to purchase in order to complete the level. now uninstalled! due to 2 days of waiting for those items to appear. ugh! plus too many accidental gem use because of pop ups.
super fun but once u run low on energy youre done UNLESS U WANNA PAY there's no other way , but sit around and wait. thats not right, can't get friends to send u energy cant use ur app coins and u cant even do tasks to gain energy

Could be a better game but this is a money making scheme. In game, it tells you to gather items that takes you hours to merge. For instance the lamp. You need 3 and to make one takes a while bc before you completely merge one the item you get the materials from needs to cool down. From there 2 options, either wait an hour or finish the cool down with gems. And if the item rendered 10 materials before the cool down, the next time it will give you less before it needs to cool down.

When I first started playing this game, in Lockdown, I really thought it was a wonderful way to unwind. Slowly tidying up each room and moving on to the next, great! Each task was easily achievable and extra energy to complete tasks was available via watching a small Ad. Now, not only are the Ad's gone, but they have made the tasks almost impossible to attain within a reasonable time frame, unless you spend money. Especially those on the Daily Challenges etc... Greedy creators! 🙁 ☹️
It was fun until quit working. I can't connect to the server, I restarted my device, I uninstalled and reinstalled. I deleted old apps to free up space on my device
5 stars down to 2. I have loved and played this game for years now. However, Im about to uninstall it. I absolutely HATE the updates to the layout. You should have, at the very least, given the long term players the option to swich to the new layout or stay with what they are used to. I spend the whole time hitting the back button now. 🤨
Two PAINT ROLLERS to "clean the sofa" in the Lounge? Paint rollers??? Granny's stash - if a player EARNS jewels through play they shouldn't have to PAY to get them; When a player has an item in Inventory, they should be able to put additional items of the same type in that inventory. It becomes too costly to "buy" more Inventory spaces for multiples of the same item; If the player does not want to play ANY of the endless "mini" games they should have the option to close them. ++++++++++ more

This used to be a fun game. There have been a lot of changes that are overt pushes to spend money. The rewards for leveling and completing high level tasks do not scale appropriately, prices for packs fluctuate depending on spend, the events are stale with little pay off, the daily trade doesnt help with fulfilling main tasks, and the recent UI change shrunk the board. I do like that the UI change shows tasks but it doesnt outweigh all the cons.
Too many changes, hate the new layout...Why have the object information and delete button at the bottom of the screen...
I do not love the new merge board update as I've been playing Merge Mansion for a long time, as I have logged back in after a while of not being able to play and didn't know about the update, wish it could be optional where you could still be able to use the old board whenever you want by a switch option. I am so lost with the new board and it's hard for me to adapt after all this time! Please add a switch option I want the old board back!
