I am looking at my account on one device but when I try to login on a different device I'm told my account doesn't exist. can not get ahold of support either. I'm gonna end up having to buy morr security cameras if I want to use them with more than one device apparently. what's worse is that this is a recent development. to be added to an ever growing list of failures for this company and app.
my android not working
meShare has changed for the worst. No longer are you able to see the last 12 hours of video alerts without a subscription. Now I have 6+ cameras that are not good for anything. I already spent all this money for the cameras and cannot use them unless I pay more. That doesn't make sense for the basic ability to see video alerts. They've replaced video alerts with low quality still photo captures. Previously they allowed you to view a 10-second video clip. ⚠Ring did the same, users got paid $5.6M.
Still not able to use my cameras since their new update! The same thing happened with Ring and they had a class-action-lawsuit.... is there one in process? the cameras are useless now..and I have 6+ that I can't watch alerts. I can only see tiny thumbnails that I can barely see anything. No longer are you able to see the last 12 hours of video alerts without a subscription.
Horrible experience using this app. It needs a major update to fix it. Can't view the cams at all most of the time.
Very poor A record on it went to. And you go days without any footage.

cameras won't stay connected
2 yrs & it still NEVER connected to WiFi
Cameras were fine. I switched my internet provider and want to switch my wifi connection and there is no where to switch it. Tried connecting to the qr code on the camera and it won't connect
The app crashes. Not useful at all.
Had the camera over 5 years and now it won't let me connect to it. Tried to call but can't reach anyone anymore. Will never buy them again. Note I will not text or write someone so that it would take 3 hrs to figuer it out, when I should be able to talk to a person and get it fixed faster.
Barcode on camera shows error/invalid code. But it scans the way it's inputted. So irritating
If zero or even negative stars were allowed that would still be too good for this horrible app. There is absolutely no product or app support and very simply, the app DOES NOT WORK!! I can't even begin to list all of the problems - let's just say that the only feature that works is the login screen. How long it takes is a different story. And forget anything past that.
Constantly establishing a secure video channel everytime I try to check it. Very annoying! I hope it's not an emergency or something serious that needs to be viewed. Would not recommend it!

Horrible customer service
Malfunctioned while I was on vacation. You can't change any camera settings from the app, so you have to be home with the camera to fix glitches. Chatted with rep, so unhelpful.
The camera is great but how come there is no sound or mic everything is on in settings and app even tried it on moms phone nothing
It worked okay at first (with the exception of not picking up certain movements, like some cars and people, yet picking up movements like blowing leaves). When I got a new WiFi, the camera was unusable, and impossible to sign my device back on with the new WiFi.

I've tried deleting my account and it's tried to charge my card every day for 3 weeks after I locked my card.

The playback keeps getting ahead of itself. I've had them fix it numerous times but it slowly gets back to ahead of itself. It didn't used to do this years ago. Why can't they fix this small glitch. Pisses me off.
This app stopped working around 2023-03-15. I think meShare has ceased to exist. I have tried to email meShare from their website. I got no response. If the was a phone number, I couldn't locate it. Uninstalling...

Horrible app and cameras
Laggy , blurry and captures what it wants 0/5 disconnects randomly NOT WORTH IT PEOPLE
They end up falling apart after 6 months
Don't waste your time and money. Trust me, it doesn't work. It's not connecting to the internet. If it's connected, you can't change or adjust a different network. Also, you are not getting any help support at all. I'm so frustrated with this app.
I was ok with it until I cancelled my subscription to the cloud. Because it wouldn't record 24/7. Once I cancelled it. My camera never worked again. It keeps giving me an invalid error code to add it back to the app. So now my camera just sits and gathers dust. I can't even sell it, since I can't show that it works.

This app is the absolute pinnacle of garbage Chinese software, and just when you thought it couldn't get worse, it also acts as malware installing even more Chinese spyware on your device. The UI is indecipherable, the camera functionality is non-existent and the only thing this app does correctly is install unauthorized apps on your device. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Have had three meshare cameras for @ three years on property,Basic Plan. Bought total seven cameras- brand new. Service on three interrupted often and flags to sign up Cloud Plan offer. Price not bad but Cloud billing reviews and BBB reviews are bad. Our cameras haven't worked over week and keep referring us to add Cloud Plan. No warning or text - just removed App not to function. Now unable email, text or call. Do Meshare no longer have Basic Plan? Email please - Meshare just no service.
Worked for years, now when i try to login , says my username doesn't exist???
app logged me out and now says that the account doesn't exist. I paid up for a full year in November, it's only January and now I can't use the service I paid for. 😡
It logged me out and I tried logging back in but it keeps saying the user does not exist. We have had nothing but problems with these cameras. If you just got these cameras save yourself the time and return them because they'll work okay for a little bit and then it's just all downhill.
Keeps kicking me out won't let me back in
This is the most garbage camera I've ever had in my entire life. Objects mysteriously appear or disappear does not alert when somebody walks by in front of the camera now. I'm just trying to log back on. Because apparently I was logged out. And now it's telling me that. User does not exist. So I give this a total 0. And i'm gonna cancel my subscription since apparently my user name is not existent now but yet they took my money
I cancelled service the day my payment went through my bank. It cancelled immediately and will not let me complete the month or issue me a refund. The app will not let me get ahold of customer service and have yet to reach customer service with questions.
It will not let me resubscribe and will stay on the loading icon when I click subscribe.
The cameras do not want to scan the QR code, spent 20 min on 1 camera before it finally scanned. Junk and a complete waste of time! Would not recommend!
