DO NOT USE! ADWARE NOW!!! I have used this app since 2019, and we are now looking for a new app to use. When there is an urgent need to look at the camera live feed or anything urgently, you can't because of the God awful ads.
So after the most recent update there is now a significant delay in getting to cameras due to required ads. the x to bypass actually opens the ad. very poor experience. Reached out to support a week ago and have heard nothing. ads still popup on opening. the universal symbol to close X actually takes you to install for app being advertised. when can finally get the continue to app banner it works. 10 year user and not much longer before moving to something like myQ.

at one point I was a a good app, now pure advertisements..Will get rid of the stupid app and cameras. bunch of frauds. id give no stars at all. very disappointed.
The app and the cameras were all right when I first got him but now it's junk first I will in replace the broke one that went out after it got unplugged and would not come back on and now when I get a notification for my garage camera and I click on it I have to watch a damn ad before I could find out if someone's breaking into my garage. cameras will be getting replaced this weekend.
Now we get ads before being able to check the cameras. Terrible incase if an emergency. I wish I could give it zero stars now. we pay for the cloud and now get ADS!!!!!!!

ads with virus
The latest update is terrible. It plays ads now every time you launch it. it's malware it's gotten worse to the point where I almost can't use the app at all. Even worse now it's telling me I have viruses on my phone now.

I been using this app for years, It was 5 star until its recent 2026 update. The older version of the app loaded flawless and pulled up camera view fast. Now with the recent update they loaded the app with useless unnecessary ads that take up valuable minutes to get through. I guess spending money to buy their cameras isn't enough now they are pounding garbage commercials down your throat. I will continue to use the older version without the "ads". Once that stops working in the trash, they go.
used to be ok but last month they added intrusive LOUD ads before you can see the footage you pay for so I cancelled and would NOT recommend
the ads make getting to the camera unusable.
ads prevent opening app to view camera
i've had my meshare cameras for 7-8 yrs. and now the app has recently added all types of ads which is aggrevating cant understand why they do this to security system app cant even view my cameras for these irritating apps
Ads on paid subscription?? Takes forever now to even open the app. So many ads on a paid subscription is ridiculous.
You can find better elsewhere. I had a subscription and when I went to cancel it would not let me unless I go through the subscription page from the device I subscribed through (I did not use any other devices). Customer service claims they couldn't cancel on their end, so I blocked the transactions from going through on paypal. Now they have ads on their app. Ads...for a home security camera... And no, I do not care about future subscription plans for no ads. Its the principle of the matter.

TOO MANY ADS! Forget about trying to quickly access the cameras because the ads get in the way. IF I AM ALREADY PAYING A SUBSCRIPTION THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY ADS PERIOD!

It used to be ok but now it's just adware that will give you motion sickness. They've added a whole batch of ads to the front end that are hard to close, and they've made the interface spin. I'm not kidding, it spins like the cut scenes in the old Batman TV series. It's horrible. If you need to quickly check a camera, good luck. It's not happening. I'll be replacing my cameras soon just to avoid this app.
won't update due to ads on the latest version. forget updating!
garbage app with major ads now. remove the ads/trackers and I won't uninstall the app and cameras. I'll get the DVR reolink from Costco instead of this moneygrab!
As a business owner, AND PAYING CUSTOMER, I've used these cameras for years & LOVED them. Several times, I've been notified of someone tampering w/ my front door & have called 911 immediately. Once, while watching the perp through this app, I gave them a play-by-play until they arrived. These cameras have been a lifesaver on many occasions. HOWEVER, w/ these newly added ads, it takes too long to load a live view so they are virtually USELESS now, and even a hazard during an emergency. SO LONG 🫡

this now plays ads when you open it and with the volume on. super helpful when you need to be discreet and check your cameras at night trying not to alert an intruder. Terrible!

I deactivated one camera and would like a refund for the months left that I've paid for (annual payment).... How do you contact support?? The app is useless to get help!! And now, I'm getting Ads which were never an issue before this past month! Very frustrating!!!
pop up adds are bad when needed to use in emergency! needs quicker view then waiting on a 2 min. add to run! was good app until the pop ups started! I would give negative stars, and will go with another security camera company! subscription per camera is too expensive. there is cheaper subscriptions with different cam company!

Update: Now what is up with all of these ads?! This app needs to get it together! Constantly establishing a secure video channel everytime I try to check it. Very annoying! I hope it's not an emergency or something serious that needs to be viewed. Would not recommend it!
I think sucks how y'all incorporated ads into this app even though I pay for the subscription. I'm immediately looking for a servuce.
So you are now doing the same ridiculous ads as the Zmodo app. So I will no longer be purchasing any more of your products either!!! Goodbye!!!
this app was great until they started fixing ads. Not sure why the ad force?
🤮 now they changed so app.spins when loading. ughh spin 🤢 now they added 3 nagging screens to get past before viewing cameras. and most is the annoying temu. smh

I am furious with this company. I'm paying for a monthly subscription for this camera service and they have the nerve to add advertisements?! I got a notification that there was people in my home so I clicked on the app to check it out and was immediately forced into a video advertisement and then it sent me to temu?! It took almost a minute to get in and check my camera. absolutely unacceptable for a camera service. do not use this. what a joke
If could give 0 stars would do so. After latest automatic update 1 camera will not reload. Everytime I try to access cameras I have to wait until I can clear ads from Google and Amazon trying to get me to download or buy things - reset everything I could-still cant get 1 camera to work and still bombarded with Ads. Reached out to customer support to be messaged no one available. Useless- time to move on.
For some time I haven't been able to update the firmware and now they are forcing adverts without the ability to immediately close them. If you still want to buy their cam ....

I've been using this app for 3 years now. and since the last update, ads keep showing up every single time I open the app. This is extremely annoying specially when one is paying for a subscription. It started with 1 ad every time I would open the app, now it shows me 3 to 4 ads before taking me to my home cameras. This is insane.
new update came with ads!! I have used this app for years, bought their equipment and liked it. now it makes me wait on an ad each time i open the app. bad move. Looking for something else.
No bugs were fixed in the latest update. The developers had basically abandoned this app. It hadn’t been updated since 2024, which honestly was fine because it still worked well. The only recent update was adding ads everywhere.
