Lousy app. slow, crashes, Metro lie about its possibilities, not user friendly, horrible layout. Useless.
why do I have to update every time I come here. it's ok tou have new versions. but at least let me acces my entry card without updating. Or have internet coverage inside this metal building. really annoying to go outside and wait in the cold.
Katastrofalno, moram da ukucavam email svaki put kad otvorim aplikaciju da bih se ulogovala, onda moram da ukucavam sigurnosni kod koji mi je poslat na mail, ako ne koristim aplikaciju 10 minuta moram ponovo sa radim isti postupak. Lakše mi je da nosim fizičku karticu u novčaniku, upropastili ste aplikaciju, rigorozniji proces logovanja nego na bankovske aplikacije.

Metro forced us to use this new app that is garbage: 1. It doesn't let you log-in or add existing card via phone number - you have to create account with password. 2. After your new account is created the app suggests to scan physical card or to use photo from library - both doesn's work, the app says "issue with your card" while physical one works fine. 3. Metro.ua emailed me with threat to block my account if I won't add my card to this app in 48 hours. You'll loose competition this way!
Жах. Мову само вибрало, хоче пошту, а менеджер взяв номер телефону. Карткою не зарегаєшся, штрихом теж, куча тексту, а налаштувань потрібнихинемає Хто це робило?Навіщо така "зручність", якщо головне це збирати що мене цікавить і тулити рекламу??? Знесла.

complete disappointment, the online card simply does not work. Shopping points are not added, utter disappointment.... the app is rolled out without any testing... what a waste of time. I shopped for 3 x months and came to know today that not even a single point was added ... not coming to metro again. Metro, you lost me

Абсолютно неадекватен сърч бар. Много е трудно да намериш нещо, дори да знаеш, че го има пак е трудно. Приложението става само за дигитализиране на метро картата, за нищо друго.

I was really happy when i noticed that there is the app. Unfortunately, during the registration, i got the notice tgat there is an issue with my Metro card. Well there is no issue, i used it 2 hours ago. So no app, no often shooping 🤷♀️
Almost 1 year, in this app " browse assortment" doesn' t work. Reinstalled soo many times and nothing. What to say, but that is the most important option. Serbian Metro location.
It logs me out of my account everytime I visit Metro. Then it doesnt log me back in saying the account doesn't exist. Then I have to create a new user id everytime with the same email and it happens over and over and over again. Do something Metro.
No METRO Ukraine in the app. I'm ukrainian and we have METRO in our country but this app seems useless in my case.
Posedujem kartice kao fizičko i pravno lice i nemoguće je registrovati se u aplikaciji.Aplikacija je na engleskom iako sam odabrao Srbiju,neke opcije vas šalju na website koji je na srpskom ali nudi slične opcije kao aplikacija i takođe ništa ne radi. Potpuno beskorisna aplikacija. Da mogu dao bih ocenu nula.

Can not log in with my account. It shows "An unknown error occured".
Does not work anymore. Unknown error since a few days on login. No reply from app support. Before it was fine. I do not think it is related to an app update but due to connection to metro servers. Useless now.
Cannot log in, newly changed password is not accepted
1. Can't switch to Bulgarian language. 2. When I tried to switch from Bulgarian to Bulgarian region to see if the language will update - got logged out. 3. Can't log in anymore - in unknown error occurred.

Пълен леш... сканирах си 4 пъти картата, все ми дава грешка някаква... излизам от приложението, влизам, сканирам я "Вече сте регистрирали тази карта"... моля??? Викам си нещо е дроб, чистя кеша на приложението, пускам го пок, опитвам се да се логна... чушки, error ми вика... айде чертата!!!
