After I purchased the world cup subscription, I couldn't even sign in on the app. I kept getting this frustrating error message even after I re-installed the app a few times: "Device already in use. This device is already being used with another account. Please remove the device from the other account or reinstall the application and try again". How can I remove the device if I don't know which other account it's referring to?
I would like to share feedback on using the meWATCH app on my TV. The app is unstable and logs me out without warning, disrupting viewing. The device pairing process is also inconsistent-the “Add Device” option in the mobile app does not always appear. Even when pairing succeeds, the TV app does not respond or reflect the connection, and I cannot proceed. These issues make the TV app difficult to use. I would appreciate your help in investigating and advising on fixes.

I’ve reported,but replied that ads on mewatch are not crashing the app. However, the TV is connected to a stable internet connection. Every time this happens, I have to restart the TV before other apps can connect again-except mewatch. When I try to use mewatch again, it crashes during ads and disrupts the connection for all other apps once more. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, which is very time-consuming. I’m sorry to say that this has been very frustrating.

Utterly lousy. even the worst Apps on earth is better than this. no selection to add device or basic setup like all other Apps. Only a login and selection of TV programmes. Profile login OTP takes 6 hours to arrive email inbox. why cannot send to mobile number instead? I scanned the screen QR code, it leads me to the same login page. Bring me walk the Garden Maze. Doesn't help at all.

Too much ads and no option for tamil language in Korean dramas
there is no subtitle,at the beginning few episodes it shows subtitle option after that there no option of itt....
I subscribed to the epl+ starhub sports lite plan in late April 2026. I could not access the hub sports channel Hub sports 1 on this app, but it's ok on the pc/ TV.
