Free Subscription Never Cancels cancelled free subscription same day purchased. wanted to watch 1 thing. I have sent numerous emails because after cancellation they still continued to charge my card. customer service👎🏾the app itself is not even mid-- its low grade. App is disorganized and not user friendly

This app is terrible. It won't stream via mobile data, even though literally every other major streaning service works fine (I tested it to make sure). I even downloaded the episodes (also barely works via mobile data), and it still doesn't play, even with full service. (Hint: you don't need to be connected to the internet to watch downloaded content.) So why the hell is it buffering? This feels like a cash grab, and I'll drop this service immediately. My current download speed is 960Mbps.
i can't believe they leave that gigantic logo in the corner for the whole show. i have oled's won't be watching anything they make. it's the equivalent of watching something on Netflix and having a giant N in the corner the entire time.
worked great for a while now I cant cast to vizio tvs, it works on all my roku tvs but it refuses to show my vizios as a option even though I can cast to the vizios with all other streaming apps. The fact I can cast it and there isnt a app on vizio makes the service not worth it
Just says it "cant find any google account on device" on either phone or tv.

really the only reason why I downloaded this thing is because it had all the Stargate series. but I can see right now it is less of a headache to watch the stupid commercials on Pluto TV. I have excellent service yet mgm's load interface sucks. there is no reason for the load time to be that long therefore there is no reason for me to continue the free 7-Day trial or even pay for the continue use.

cannot unsubscribe been paying for months but do not use. The app shows I'm in a plan and still charges me but when I press cancel subscription it sends me to my Google account page where other Subscriptions are and MGM doesn't show up. I've talked to plenty of people at Google and MGM and they can't or won't cancel the subscription .
The app will play an episode and then won't load anything. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my phone. Nothing works. It's 100% your app. It's garbage. A shame, yall have some decent content.
streaming is ok but I have canceled my subscription 3x's even talked to a customer service rep (via email) who guaranteed my subscription would be canceled. Once again for the 4th month in a row they auto renewed it. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE UNLESS YOU WANT A CONSTANT REOCCURINF CHARGE THAT YOU CANT STOP!!!!!!!
account management can only be down through the apple app store. It says I have an account through the apple app store but I'm an Android user so I can't even login to the apple app store to manage anything or even verify my email, an absolute joke of a subscription service

I used to love this app. But now, it is fairly unusable. Seems to decrease in usability weekly. The Mylist tab has now become so small in size, that is now unreadable. Same issues with continue watching as others. But what really makes me want to cancel this app is the slew of movies shown that are unavailable. The majority of my watch list, continue watching and most everything else I want to watch is unavailable. Why show these? No one else does.
the app is still a bit clunky.I don't like that I can't press the back button on my controller to remove the progress bar at the bottom as soon as I let an episode start or if I have to deposit.allow someone to posit see the progress bar or remove the progress bar easily and then allow them to if they push play remove the progress bar with the back button or whatever so that that is possible because the back button sits there too long and it's good to get it out of the way quickly that's why you use the back but through the wrong progress
very weak selection of shows and movies. certainly not worth thrv $18 I'm paying. At half this price, it might be worth it.

I thought "downloaded videos" meant you didn't need access to wifi/internet to watch them. Boy was I wrong. Still need it and it still buffers and pauses to load every 2 minutes. Really disappointed.

As of the 1/28 app update, I can no longer choose my Vizio TV built in Chromecast connection to stream to. That was the only way I could watch on my TV since Vizio doesn't have an MGM+ app in their apps selections. I'm spending too much for the service and now can't even watch on my TV...
