The app always has problems. It logs me out and says my login info is incorrect each time it updates, and whenever I try to shop online it says there are no items available in informática. It also automatically ASSUMES I want to look at the store closest to me instead of the one I have marked as my favorite.
Downloaded the app, but it will not let me set up an account as I have a Portuguese phone number. Yet I was able to get a +65 card instore, even though I live in Portugal, but am a frequent visitor to Spain.
After checking again on missed possible updates I still cannot access my account through the app. My user ID, (email) has been changed by the system. There are more dots than letters in my email which I use since years to enter successfully into my account. On the other side it was confirmed that there are savings not listed and I was told by an employee that I will be contacted to rectify the issue. This has not been the case up to now.

Cada vez que voy a pagar tengo problemas porque es muy muy lenta. No sé si es porque los servidores están saturados o por otra razón. Hoy le he quitado otras dos estrellas, estoy cansado de que en el momento más inoportuno pida la clave que normalmente no se recuerda. El enlace que debería de mandar por SMS no está. El ticket que ha desaparecido en la aplicación, ya no aparece.

Don’t reply with canned "Spain only" and don't claim "security"; grocery vouchers aren't high-risk data. Other secure apps allow translation overlays. This is a choice to prioritize a lazy security flag over customer access. Por favor, enable screen capture so non-native residents can use your app safely. Gracias.
what a horrid experience. First of all there is way too much going on. Loads of ads, and it's glitching. I tried to order a large package but each time I wanted to move another step I needed to receive a code on my email to move forward, and on w I finally managed to get to the payment and confirm with my bank it went back again to the start ! I am literally going mad from this and the 9 emails I received through this app. Whoever designed this should be fired! ridiculous!

I get the publicity emails with my Carrefour account written on it, but when I try to login it says that the email is not registered.
The app logged me out and now cannot log in, they say I must visit a store to get it fixed, well there's not much point having an app then is there. The support email cannot help so why bother showing a support email. Waste of effort.

Soy usuaria registrada con historia de compras de 1+ año, y no deja acceder a la app con Internet móvil de una SIM no española sin ninguna razón.Si sé que voy a pasar cerca y quiero revisar el folleto o mis cupones - no me deja,y así la empresa se pierde mi compra porque no entro a comprar a ciegas y si no voy a poder pasar el QR para sumar puntos.Me da error constantemente al intentar entrar en mi cuenta y si tengo VPN puesto me da error 403.Tengo la versión actualizada y solo una SIM recargada
Dejó de funcionar hace 4 meses y no hay manera de acceder a la cuenta ni crear otra.
que locura: me pide código por sms + código por mail + código de app authenticator para que puedo enseñar el QR del club a la caja (además el QR solo es válido durante 10 minutos) ...... no me deja utilizar un pw que je utilizado anteriormente. es un #$$# QR de supermercado no mi banco con mis ahorros. sabes que? voy a Lidl un app que me deja enseñar un QR sin 5 minutos luchando con mfa.. edit: mi movil no es el problema, es el app que piensa es necesario poner tantas barreras de seguridad

Had trouble accessing my account both on laptop and phone no matter what email address I use, nly get message back not valid, the same with my passwords, well, if I can be told what is is NOT, can´t they tell me what it is!!!! when I spend hours trying to sort it out, can´t access anything t do with Carrefour, II am 74 in the winter months, even here in Spain I want to order on line, sothat I do not have to leave my house, BUT GETTING NOWHERE, NEEDLESS TO SAY, GETTING NO HELP FROM THIS FIRM!

Great until now. keeps telling me I am blocked! I have written 10 times to technical department and they tell me same thing. clear my cache and storage , uninstall and reinstall. nobody is listening, that is not working. latest is change my email address, keep telling them , I have done everything they ask. really don't know what else to do. I rely on their online service as I have trouble walking.

La actualización reciente ha roto la aplicación. Introduzco mi dirección de correo electrónico y luego mi contraseña y dice que hay un problema. No puedo restablecer la contraseña. Estaba a punto de pagar el otro día y me había cerrado la sesión y finalmente logré iniciar sesión, pero al día siguiente me desconectó nuevamente y ahora no puedo iniciar sesión. Por favor, arréglalo.
Does not work in many different ways, it makes it impossible to even add items to the basket, let alone order. It also constantly asks for password and codes every 2 minutes. Cookie have been allowed so this shouldn't be happening.
La app crahsea todo el tiempo, es imposible gestionar la cesta, los productos eliminados se vuelven a añadir, hasta que no lo mejoren será mejor hacer mercado en línea en otra cadena.

the worst e Commerce application I used, 4 popups after registry, 3 verification codes before complete the delivery address, device keyboard always overlaps the input field (address and code input), finally error with the verification code so I can't save the address and make an order
Give me the option to switch app to English or allow screenshots so I can use screen translate.
Probablement la pitjor app de supermercat online i amb diferència. Falla molt sovint, molts errors, lenta,... una llàstima. (Nota: passen els anys i continua fallant molt sovint, són incapaços de resoldre-ho, no els deu interessar el mercat online).

Desde marzo llevo sin poder acceder a la app. He escrito varias veces a atención al cliente y he seguido las indicaciones (instalar última versión; cambiar el password; borrar datos y caché...) pero el resultado es el mismo, sigo sin acceder. Como no podía acceder a la app, no acumulé en el cheque ahorro los beneficios de la suscripción Carrefour+ (a pesar de pagarla otros 2 meses hasta que me di cuenta). En fin, que han pasado casi 4 meses y todavía no lo han solucionado :(
The app is deceiving: it offers coupons but in reality nothing works as they promise. Instead of helping me, the support tells me to go the store and deal with the staff manually, which is difficult because my Spanish isn't good - why do I need your app then? Learn from other shops - coupons should work correctly and automatically. The UI is chaotic and hard to orient and can't be in English. Screenshots aren't allowed - weird and inconvenient.
I can't get the app to work, and the store was unable to get it to work. I can't get my check, so it's very annoying.

I have tried to create an account on this App and it refuses to allow me to join. it does not like the NIE and email combination and I tried all my email addresses.
Impossible to sign in. I'm being asked to paste the code I have received in my inbox and every time I change the screen to check the code it's sending a new one and the old one is no longer valid. Genius move...
Does not work with NordVPN. Throws me randomly out of app and forces login again, ends up with 403 failure. Disabling VPN fixes it. Reported access issues since years ago but they have not been resolved... EDIT: got the blanket answer to update app and email to support. I think the support process of this app is broken, and the development team doesn't even get to know about these issues. If they would, this would be an easy fix and help thousands of users.
