La app en si no descarga las facturas cuando le das al boton de descargarlas. Lo tienes que hacer en web en un ordenador, porque por firefox en el movil tampoco puedes. Ademas, los de Digi me han tenido mas de tres dias sin internet, un dia de ellos laboral. La respuesta de atencion al cliente no fue mandarme un tecnico, si no esperar a que se acabe el viernes y rezar que algo se arregle en remoto. Mañana mismo me cambio de compañia.
No contactes Digi Mobile, ya que no sirve nada en roaming en UE. Siempre tendrás problemas con internet, llamadas o conexión a la red. Una SIM de T-Mobile en el mismo dispositivo siempre funciona perfectamente en cualquier país. Encima en la app de Digi no puede solucionar nada de estos problemas.

Such a nightmare switching from a SIM card to eSIM! After waiting 24 hours for the activation SMS, they don’t even send the QR code, deactivating your SIM and leaving you without coverage. Their online chat is useless: they just try to close the conversation and say they can’t help. Even the Digi store does nothing. I’ve seen other clients with the same experience end up switching to more reliable operators. Truly a nightmare, I’ve never seen support this bad

Para los que usamos SIM prepaga ( no plan abono) NUNCA se puede ingresar online, ni en mobil, ni funciona el *100#, *130#... hace un año que vienen con el mismo "problema". Claramente es intencional para tratar de forzar a comprar un plan...
Very bad everything. everytime I try to login with my credentials, the app says "Lo siento no podemos realizar tu solicitud, inténtalo mas tarde" really this been like for months. My password and my phone number are correct because when you put incorrect credentials the app tells that you've put an incorrect password or phone number.
Cannot use my WISE and revolut card to top up my account. automatically logs me out when you can't automatically renew my service.

Absolute nightmare app. Won't let me in, refuses to ackowledge my CORRECT password. Can't top up online. Spent TWO DAYS of my life trying to do this, had to use the phone shop in the end. AND WHY NO ENGLISH option on the app?? There are thousands of English speakers in Spain including many Europeans who speak English but not Spanish- WAKE UP! And I have 27 euros on the acct but STILL have to top up every 3 months. WHY ???? PS Just had a reply from the developer. Guess what language it's in

El eSIM pedido siempre falla. Soporte dice "No hay otra manera de hacerlo. Solo en el app." El soporte de Digi esta pésimo. Encontré que puedo hacerlo en el web y todo funciona bien.
Every single time I need to login to top up, it does not allow, always says to try again in a moment with no authentication sent and can do this for days. meaning I miss my roll overs every month of my tariffs. very annoying for this service, the same with the app and online web page. **update a month later, still the same issue, pathetic excuse of a support or customer service**
La app se pasa más dias caída que funcionando.
Digi, please update your app and unser management. Every month it's a whole pain to login and top up. Same stupid message: "Please wait a few minutes". This is going for more then a year now. Customer service stay to go in a shop like in the 90's. Please come to 2025. You are good, it's a pity to leave you for not being able to top up.
the worst mobile operator app ever! it never works correctly! Kick you from your account every time and don't give me a chance to login again because of some error and it's happening time after time, how did you manage to make something so broken?
Unstable, rarely works... It is embarrassing for today's Telecom companies to have such poor development teams or team leads. On top of that your app was down for the last 3 days means ppl cannot recharge or log in, when you finally get the app online you manage to make recharging even more embarrassing for your def team. Once I make a card purchase your app has no idea that I was recharging my account.... what a joke....
Not working at all. I called to Digi and they said that the user is correct, but I'm still not able to "recover" the unlost password. When I'm using the phone number to recover, I'm receiving the confirmation code so late, that it's not valid anymore
la app es terrible, cada que necesito recargar sale "lo sentimos, no hemos podido completar tu solicitud". Ya me ha pasado varias veces que no puedo recargar, y la línea ni se diga... se supone que la app fué hecha para facilitar los procesos, no para complicarlos más.
el roaming no funciona. Estamos en Portugal, tenemos dos móviles con Digi y no hay manera. Hemos pasado horas intentando conectar, llamando, y NADA. En cuanto vuelva a España me cambio de compañía.

Can never login or top up, it's a very temperamental app. Always states try again later.
La última actualización con "correcciones leves" resulta que no arranca. Se queda intentando acceder a un dominio de Google analitics para enviar telemetría, saca un mensaje de error y se cierra. Señores de Digi, mi móvil tiene una VPN para bloquear publicidad y telemetría, y no pienso cambiar mi configuración. Simplemente desinstalaré esta app y usaré la web. Total, es exactamente lo mismo, la app ni tiene widgets de consumo ni aporta nada.

Add English UI! Impossible to get eSIM through the app, even though your app is just a wrapped website! Switching to eSIM takes 24 hours, but nothing during order process warns you upfront "business hrs". Order on Friday and receive on Monday evening?! Does your equipment rest on weekends? Because of this i had to buy extra Gb instead of using my second sim Buy extra data - the app shows 25GB added to your home country (already unlimited), but doesn't show how much roaming gb were added.
