app was great until last update, my smart band 8 pro got disconnected and rebooted itself now it won't connect with the app. I have tried everything thats on the help site but nothing works, I unpaired it with my phone, I rebooted it, I have tried again and again, found a YouTube video saying that I should put the region as China which is what I did when I first got it but now it says that it isn't available that I should download another app that my phone says is unsafe. what do I do now??

Several months ago, the ability to sync do not disturb status between my smart band and phone was removed.
not the best by a long shot. constantly says couldn't sync data. I have searched Xiaomi help website but what they recommend doesn't help or doesn't apply to my phone. I have sent an email asking for help but no response at all. Shame really because the watch/fitness trackers is very well made, support is a let down

bugs... tried metronome, it is hilarious how bad it is
does not allow to export YOUR data in a simple way without waiting for up to 2 weeks. also, constantly removing functionality from both devices and app
no new updates for new interfaces and apps control, and also watch faces.
zepp is much better
cannot get the calendar to sync with my Galaxy phone even after following detailed instructions
