Sanitas en general no importan mucho a sus clientes
Super lenta. Se queda colgada muchas veces. Pantallazos en blanco de los que no se puede salir.

Over the course of three months, the app has bugged out and denied me access to my medical reports and prescriptions twice. How the hell do you make an app this janky and then insist on delivering important medical information through it?
Se queda colgado cada 2x3, intentas volver atras una posición y te saca del proceso de citas entero o te deja a la mitad y los dos casos tienes que darle 4 veces para atras para empezar de nuevo, los filtros que se aplican no se corresponden con los resultados, a veces te saca un error y te dice directamente que no se puede hacer y nadie sabe que ha pasad. Es una de las aplicaciones más frustrantes que estoy obligado a utilizar. Parece que la ha hecho algún becario como trabajo de fin de grado.

Aunque ha mejorado algo, todavía le falta mucho En primer lugar, cada pestaña tarde mucho en cargar. Al final entiendo que la acción por detrás es un select SQL para ver las citas de un paciente o las horas disponible de un médico. O lo tenéis muy mal montado, o tenéis que contratar más poder de computación. No creo que tengáis tantos pacientes o médicos como para justificar que tarde varios minutos en cargar estas queries. Luego, a nivel estético la app se ha quedado obsoleta. No es moderna
