worst store and app.. trying to buy a Mi 2c trimmer from past 1 week. Item shows available, gets added to cart and when try to pay, It says Out of Stock. At least make the product unavailable on the page so no one tried buying it.
never buy or trust...i order a mobile phone and they send it via blue dart and blue dart never delivered your shipment..and making a fool..apso didn't get my refund after complaint

They deliberately stop providing any security or OS updates to devices making them defunct. No way to upgrade software without custom ROM. Why not just charge some extra money and provide the software rather than making a perfectly fine device redundant? Redmi Note 8 - 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, Octa core snapdragon CPU yet no security patch after 2022! Android version stuck at 11 and no way to upgrade without installing custom ROM which is again unsupported by most apps. Pathetic.
there's £20 and £10 coupons, that I have to sign in to use on the general mi website. when I sign in and use my account the coupons disappear. So I'm not allowed the coupons? why, pretty bad I'll find another tablet
Worst service ever met.... No positive response from customer service...as I have book and paid for charging mobile cable 20 days ago still I have not received.... Please I request not to purchase anything online from mi store application worst service and fed up...

Worst customer support, no real number or contact information available. And even if there's a problem and they're aware of it,still there's no support. Extremely Worst courier partners. I ordered something a while ago, and they refused to deliver to my address. They're calling me from different personal numbers and asking me to pick up the order from their office, which is 55 km away. And they cancelled my order without my permission.

The customer care is zero.unfortunately i brought a laptop from them.the battery is draining fast when we put it charging shock is coming ,display got some dots display was complaint i fought too much to get warranty. now again the charger is complaint.it is very difficult to get Spare.customer service is poor.very very difficult to claim warranty the only reason i brought the laptop was 3 year warranty.i will never buy a mi product in my life.
I installed the software but found it to be useless due to the lack of English language support for the Hong Kong region. This made it unsuitable for expatriates and those not fluent in Chinese.
