I signed up for a 3-day free trial and decided not to continue, but they started charging me after the trial period. I've sent emails to cancel my account, but I'm not getting any response. Worse, they're deducting money every 10 days. This seems like a scam, purely money-grabbing 🙄. Can someone help me with this? If not, I'll have to share my experience on social media and warn others about this app's fraudulent practices. I dont want If any one knows how to cancel this app share its method .
There is no option visible to cancel subscription.

BE AWARE: i did not do recurring weekly subscription but just for one week (one time), however continous weekly mandate got applied.

Refund my money less than 5 days you have debited from my account the sum of #12,500 on 24 November and 1st December 2025 for the same amount #12,500 again total of #25,000 haba this is fraud. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE refund my money ooo. no 3-day free. immediately my account was debited on the 24 that I downloaded the app.
