Keeps spamming me notifications for "delivering trust" ironically. Had four notifications so far. No idea why I even have this app.

MS Lens app was the best scanning app i know. I need to use it. you removed it without a proper replacement. I hate you. just like windows sucks because of updates, this one also sucks.
i am very confused about why I'm being forced into this app
I enjoyed using this app for a long time until you decided to change it into an AI completely. Basically, you guys have eliminated the "Office" app? because now we are forced to download Word, Excel, and PP apps since we can no longer open those file formats via this Microsoft Copilot. I don't know why did you do that, and now this app is useless.
Every time I have to open any documents with copilot it just comes up with an error message. My phone won't let me choose another application that I can actually open documents with, which is incredibly annoying.
Everything YOU suggested doesn't work. Lost password and asked for code to email. Before I could view it and get back to enter it, you blipped me out taking me back to the beginning. So the place where I enter code is no longer there. Then asked you send code to my cell, but that never arrived, except 20-30 min later, but that's only after I was trying your website thru a browser, not the app. Even alt email you told me to use you didn't recognize. It's one eternal cyber loop. Fire bad IT guy!

Why the heck did I have to download another app to open an excel file. I thought this replaced Office 365. I don't want to be forced into using OneDrive, this requires me to open another app (OneDrive) and find the file just to open it. Does not make my life easier.
Act on feedback as soon as possible, and introduce AI tools to easily generate data for Excel sheets, spreadsheets, Docs, etc.
I never asked to change all MS 365 mobile experience to MS Copilot. If I download a Word document, I want -- surprisingly! -- **view** it and **NOT** send it to AI which I didn't even subscribe for! Microsoft again doing what Microsoft does best: ridiculously terrible product management. Please go ask Claude or Gemini, they can guide you to do better.
You can't rename files which are saved on cloud. So when you need file in future, you must open all files and see the content to identify the needed file. update: no more can create pdf by camera with more than one page. Finally uninstalled as the app has no use.
not getting out of signing mode lost everything i wrote in the form
You'll have to reinstall Word, Excel, and other file openers separately, even though they previously had more functions. It's a real shame.

Absolutely rubbish now. not able to view any docx and Excel files. on clicking any of their files it basically opens copilot. now I have to chat with copilot instead of viewing the document. the person behind this should be immediately fired.
Truly one of the least useful and most irritating things to have been installed on my phone without me requesting it.

copilot suck now. Just bad info given out, and the microphone is terrible. must be fixed just about every entry. more of a liability than an asset at this point. basic conversation and images only.
Huge disappointment. The technology is so capable, yet Microsoft is so slow to develop it. Inspire your developers! Be the best at something, anything, not everything all at once. Big changes needed if Microsoft is going the be relevant in AI.

It cannot open any documents. Says it isn't compatible to open PPTs, words, pdf, before the update it worked all good, now the app is a waste. The AI feature is unwanted.
It is absolutely amazing that right here in this app's home info page it only speaks of such absolutely wonderful and helpful tasks this app improved on and now just makes life and work so much easier, yet ALL of the most recent ratings & reviews consist of 1 out of 5 stars, and the actual reviews state that they wish they could give a rating of ZERO (0), because the app is so useless, aggravating, broken & moot since the latest update..I'll do the same or uninstall.
Didn't install this Must have auto installed with a system update. Won't uninstall. Have to use ADB on computer and use package names app to get exact name of the app. Enable USB debugging, hook to computer, ADB devices, adb shell, then this command followed by the name of the app. adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.coloros.gamespace after com. type in the exact name of the app
