I am very disappointed with Microsoft Rewards in India. Most gift cards have been removed, and the few remaining are always out of stock. When I redeem a reward, it says "In Progress" but is never delivered. Points earrings has also been reduced, making it even harder to redeem anything. Please fix reward availability, ensure timely delivery. And out of stock some rewards over the few of months. Please take it seriously.
Very disappointing, I have use this app due to rewards program and specially in india they don't serious about this. All the gift cards are out of stock from last 3 month and only 2 india specific cards are available. After a fair use of this app and collect much point when try to redeem and their system suspended a fair account and after contact to customer support they send every time a remembered email. And unclear account ban policey.......

absolutely useless. incredibly slow. freezes happen daily to the point where you think your 5g/ wifi is faulty but then every other app works fine so it's clearly this buggy app. it genuinely baffles me how Microsoft repeatedly puts out apps and programs that simply DON'T WORK. whether it's a program on a pc, a game on an xbox, or a mobile app. the standard is always absolutely appalling

it's kinda cheating with people time, when it's close to redeem your points to gift card it's says Ops your Microsoft account is suspended with no correct information or reason. I seen it happened for a lot people included myself that for 1 months I tried to get points but the end block my account.

it's good but I got un verifed even tho I checked that I am verified I get 3 points and boom I am unverified only reson anyone uses this is because of the gift cards
Now the reward program is only for earning points, no gift card to redeem
The Bing app randomly quits responding at which point I leave the app or Android displays a dialog box saying something like "Bing quit responding. Quit or Wait?". If I press Wait, then Bing still does not respond, else if I press Quit, then Android kills Bing and shows my smartphone's Home screen. 😠 😠 😠 😠
The loading times for sites have increased drastically. Im confident it would take less time to download and use another browser than to wait for a page to load.
