I've used Microsoft Rewards for a long time and spent hours earning points. Earlier, Amazon Gift Card redemptions worked fine. Now, earning is reduced, and I've tried redeeming an Amazon Gift Card three times. Every order was cancelled after about 24 hours with only an apology email. If users can't redeem earned points, what's the purpose of the program? Please fix this issue and provide clear reasons for cancelled orders.
Searching with bing is terrible. These days the app glitches more frequently.

1. This app has many errors. 2. To redeem the points there are no proper good gift cards. 3. Every update version is not attracting the customers they are losing their customers. 4. No proper support team if you have queries regarding to contact with.
This is unacceptable. I have location services enabled, I'm not using a VPN, proxy, or any tool that could affect my location, yet the same location-related redemption error keeps appearing. I've followed every troubleshooting step, but nothing works. I earned these points fairly and still can't redeem them because of a recurring issue that has never been properly fixed. This has wasted my time and completely ruined my experience. Fix it.

They are saying they will give gift card but in maximum time gift cards are out of stocks and they remove main gifts cards i am so frustrated to use now I completed approx 50000 points but when I want redeem my gift card they did not provide and now they remove Amazon pay gift card specifically in india I think
what a scam by binge....1st they say u collect points and then redeem it with Amazon vouchers....but when u go to redeem it they reject it by saying by saying sorry not available specifically the Amazon vouchers...what are ull upto microsoft do u want to reward or No please be specific with ur policy
worst app, they made the amazon gift card available for some time then removed it even after i purchased it.
It is good for earning rewards but in advertisement they show u can redeem Robux anytime but in real the Robux are always out of stock and they never actually got restocked on time. The restocking takes so long 😮💨

guess now the Microsoft rewards are giving stupid excusses to me for not giving A Amazon gift for which I have earned points for which i started earning points from last year and now after long wait it restocked and I request a redeem and they cancel it by saying your account has restrictions and I asked what kind of restrictions they don't say anything.

Rewards is broken. It looks like they did an overhaul and forgot to check if it even worked before launching. Have tried to log in every day for the past 5 days, my streak is gone because I have no way of even getting past the loading screen. It would be nice if they bothered to test basic features before launching an update.

I am very disappointed with Microsoft Rewards in India Most gift cards have been removed, and the few remaining are always out of stock. When I redeem a reward, it stays"In Progress" but is never delivered. On top of that, many accounts are being suspended without any clear reason.Points earning has also been reduced, making it even harder to redeem anything.Please fix reward availability, ensure timely delivery, and stop unfair account suspensions.

I have so many problems using this app its to much to say in one review. I only use this for the reward points for my xbox account.
tôi nghĩ hầu hết mọi người sử dụng app này hầu hết quan tâm đến Microsoft reward, khi mà trên điện thoại đã có tích hợp sẵn browser như chrome. Hay công cụ search như google để tìm kiếm và chúng làm đã làm đủ tốt nhiệm vụ của mình. Microsoft reward tại khu vực Việt Nam vẫn còn rất nhiều hạn chế.robux hay jolibee egift là một trong những phần thưởng phổ biến nhất đã không còn được bổ xung nên tôi cũng không còn lí do để sử dụng app này nữa :)
if they can't find a way to give Amazon gift cards to legit users, then they must declare that they will stop. unnecessarily wasting our time to earn points but no way to redeem except for croma & pvr.
