mi-soft is soft on everything. every app. every technology. put a fork in them, they're done.

When I'm in, my files inside the vault is not shown. It's unusable
Suddenly attempting to backup every single photo and video on my phone despite me only selecting a few device folders to backup. Have had to disable it because there are thousands of files and my phone cannot cope, not to mention it's just not necessary and not what I have selected it to do. APP KEEPS AUTOMATICALLY DESELECTING THE FILES I HAVE SELECTED TO BACKUP AND SELECTED ALL ITHER FILES THAT I HAVEN'T SELECTED INSTEAD.

Woke up to the app uploading my phone. I did not give it permission to. After I revoked it, it still managed to upload. Now I gave it zero permissions at all. So what's the use of having it?

App crashes every time I open it on modern Samsung device. Useless.

A genuinely useful feature, Samsung Gallery Sync is going away from Samsung phones and replaced by Onedrive backup. Two problems: 1, Its not a sync feature, it's 1 way. 2, If you remove delete a backed file from Onedrive (including empty Recycle Bin) and wanted to re-backup from a monitored folder on the phone, you can't. UPDATE: Why is it backing up folders that I have NOT selected ffs???
While saving the document it does not upload due to which all efforts go into vain.

this app needs a whole new interface. Everything feels complex i can't cancel a multiple file update at once, the ui is boring smh I regret paying for this
