It stops working and it doesn't always chart my drives. Should be automatic I've checked my settings. I'm finding I'm having to go in and fix manually quite often
The app does exactly what it says it will do but somehow it subscribed me for monthly AND yearly subscription charges. I contacted them and they adjusted it but that shouldn't be possible. I will definitely not be continuing my service with them after the year is done because I appreciate being valued as a subscriber and they showed me I wasn't. I think I can do better and I'd recommend anyone to keep looking.
Not worth the doubling in monthly cost. Look elsewhere
Loved the app for a few years but as most other reviews are stating, I also am leaving due to the greedy price jump. Monthly going from $7.99 to $14.99 is INSANE, especially with no improvements or additions to the app. I hope they lose enough customers so that this greedy move costs them alot in the long run.
Don't waste your money on this app. it worked for the first month. But on my second month, on June 25th it said congratulations you're done with all your June drives. But I'm not done with my June drives. I still have 5 more days to go. And it won't let me track my miles no matter what I do. Calling customer service is useless. They have a bot. After tons of frustration, it tells you "we've turned it over to our tech team. we have no idea when they'll get back to you". Very bad customer service
this app is stupid
the price hike isn't justifiable, 13.99 nope! canceling my subscription, hope you guys learn from this but we will not put up with that! change your price and maybe people will come back but no way at that price, out of your minds!

I used this app religiously for years and it worked well. Then they hit users with an almost 60% price increase! Inflation is one thing. Ripping people off because they think you can't or won't find an alternative is a totally different story. I'm done with this app.
prompting me to sign up twice under the same Google account. dude... I fell for it. thanks for giving me another techie glitch headache. how do I get my money refunded? seriously annoyed rn. when I pull up my subscription I get the ever spinning wheel so I dont know where my refund stands because there's no customer service... terrible experience when a once trusted company tried to steal almost triple what I agreed to pay for each year as I've had this app for a very long time. But now I'll never use this rip off company's anything ever again!
Used for for many years until this year!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I used this faithfully until this year when they tried to charge me $140 to renew my subscription that HAS ALWAYS COST ME $60 every year for many years past they did this without warning, without notice and tried without my permission but thankfully my cards don't let thieves steal from me like this!! find an honest company that won't steal from you because who likes liars anyway?!
when I first downloaded this app, it was 60 bucks a year. It's now 90 bucks a year. I just received an email saying it's going from 90 to 140 dollars a year. I will be looking for a different, more affordable app. That's crazy

I have canceled the subscription because I opted for a monthly subscription payment. I have tried to contact Mileage, to reasonably get an explanation why my subscription was changed from monthly payment to a yearly. I don't like the fact that Mileage is doing this and has violated my trust for this app. I am ready to contact the attorney General of New York
I wanted to be able to tell the app when to start. it said it was automatic. went for a bike ride and when I finished it said Zero
the price going up nearly double is making me cancel my subscription. see ya never!
I don't appreciate the app just stopping tracking and having to fight with it to track my trips. I'm considering using a different app
Yearly price is insane for something basically built into Google Timelines. I'd have paid like $20~30 for a year but $139 is crazy, hard pass!
I’ve been using MileIQ since 2017. While $79/year felt high back then, the app proved its worth, so I happily maintained my unlimited plan. Today, I opened the app and I received a pop-up asking to upgrade to unlimited plan for $149.88/year. This is nearly double what I paid last year plus my subscription is already paid until Nov 2026. I refuse to accept this inflated pricing, especially when my current subscription is already fully paid for. I will absolutely be looking for an alternative
Horrible, app. I'm using for barely 3 days, and every day has errors on the routes and timing. The app makes up a location for new drive from a parking lot where I arrived. then it tells me a 2 mile drive took 12 minutes, completely ridiculous when I know it takes 3 minutes max. Complete junk, not recommended, and definitely not worth the greedy price they're charging. shame on you "developers"!
Wow! I've been using this app regularly for about 8 years and you're about to lose a customer. There's no excuse for a more than 50% price hike from $9 to $14.

this has been a very good app. but I am now giving it a 1 star because I got notification today that they are increasing the price again by $5 , from $9 to now $14. this after they just had a price increase a few months ago from $6 to $9. poetically going to have to cancel it now. too expensive. Who does an almost 200% price increase within 3 months? idiots. that's who.

With this rate hike of $50./yr, to $139.99/yr........I am finding somebody else. This is ludicrous, yes I understand expenses everywhere have risen--but not to the tune of such an extreme yrly rate.
