terrible app. paid for a 1 year subscription through Google subscriptions. never got access to the paid app capability. kept asking for payment. the corrective solution given "restore " does nothing. there is no way to get a response from them there than boiler plate info that is not helpful. canceled subscription but no way to get a refund. Don’t waste your money on an app that has zero customer service
I have been forced to cancel due to your latest £5 per month price increase, nearly a 100% price increase for what ? it's a shame you got greedy as I can't be the only one cancelling due to your exploitation of your customer base.

Great until I found out you're going up to $13.99/month. You could have done something everyone else fails to do, which is NOT RAISE YOUR PRICE FOR ZERO REASON. Will definitely be canceling.
never got this to work. its either on or off. no stop or start.
It's unreliable. It stops tracking without warning. It also misses parts of a drives. It'll show you driving and then stops tracking and maybe will pick up later. 04/22/26 Today, it reported a route I did not drive, from an incorrect location, to a misnamed destination. Don't trust this app. I plan to cancel the subscription as soon as I download my remaining data and identify a replacement app.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!!!! I used this for a year for my job. Two years ago, I cancelled it. A couple of months later, I noticed it was still charging me. Since then, I have tried to cancel it over and over. Have had several confirmation emails, tried to dispute with my bank, etc. It is still charging me. This has cost me hundreds of dollars!

Missed 50% of the trips I made. Got so annoyed having to manually add them I just uninstalled.
The worst app ever is a huge waste of time
I'm not happy with app. I just did the 89.99 purchase and now its hasn't picked any of my drives for the 3 weeks. I want a refund.

I was horrible at writing down mileage before but, with drive detection turned on, MileIQ never forgets. 2026 - after all these years, I'm canceling my subscription. it just went from $90 to $140. it's convenient for sure, but that jump in price is not worth it.

I have been a paying user for many years. About 2 years ago my wife's phone started only selecting her primary care no matter what car she is driving. I reported the issue multiple times and I have never been able to get the problem fixed. As long as I check all the drives frequently I can remember what she was really driving. Now the app has stopped recording my drives without warning, haven't reported yet. Records rides together as 2 drives. records skiing as a drive.
This app has been getting worse over time. It got so bad that I had to turn off automatic tracking because it would kill a battery in a few hours. Can't edit drives properly from the app and must do from the desktop version. Can't edit times from the app (and even the desktop version is a nightmare for this). Cancelled the premium version because of issues and now shows "buy" splash screen every time you open the app. Switching completely to a different app.
pretty annoying. would be much better if I could tell it when to start and stop. also randomly seems to miss trips and duplicate others.
