It froze for a few seconds when it started, and when I tried to book a flight for miles I got redirected to a webpage. Why have an app if it just redirects to web? Also, booking on the web always ends for me with a "Sorry, something went wrong" message and a link to support, which gives a 404 error...

I keep getting a technical login error. so I requested a password reset. the link arrived and I changed my password successfully but still got the same login error.
this program is a scam. overcomplicated waste of time, you won't be able to benefit from it ever
Although I am very committed to LHG/AUS/Swiss, it becomes annoying & disappointing a large airline group such as LHG has so weak app & program in a very competitive market. Whenever using the app, a technical problem appears; or in the best case reports no available flights (although available on a website). As a loyal customer, I hope a relevant team may read these comments. Some things cannot be a cost-cut if LHG wants to compete in a global market.
I use chrome browser non below is valid on the phone and on the PC on the PC it's just error, on the mobile here from application it's just no go !! --- We apologise for the interruption. We detected unusual behaviour from your browser, which resembles that of a bot. The reasons could be the following: You have a browser plugin installed that blocks JavaScript, you are using a VPN or privacy software often used by bots, or you are navigating through the website at an unusually high speed.

Furthermore, the app blocks my VPN, so I always have to turn it off before using the app. Very frustrating
It used to work great, now the App is useless, I can't login anymore. Once you enter credentials, the app keeps returning with a "Technical Error".
Login is broken. for others; only way to fix it is to allow ALL cookies on the web view browser.
after years of service I requested for a one time increase (c.15%) to my credit card limit due to some unplanned, one-off expenses that put me close to my credit card limit while travelling. after some back and forth with the helpline, it got refused. safe to say I will cancel my credit card this month. I believe they could have handled that better, especially as i was travelling and trying to find a solution for a temporary problem - not sure that that's worth worth losing another customer
- half the features do not work or you have to relogin. - Most the benefits are useless - you have to do 2 factor auth even for searching flights, nor only for buying. If you change the app to get the code from email, you lose context and have to restart - continuosly getting blocked by security when using vpn or wifi, sometimes even without VPN and just mobile data. Had to use vpn with dedicated ip to be able to use it An absolute shame of an application

Stopped working, blocks every connection I have.
App used to work. I changed to the more secure login as recommended by the email sent from Miles and More now I can't log in. It keeps saying "A Technical Error Has Occurred". Looking at a few reviews I see others have the same problem and the App creators fail to address the issue.

complete mess, every update creates more problems. now login not possible, no best sign can be triggered, no online shopping, no check on credit card spending. DKB was gold standard. MM now and Deutsche Bank is the worst, customer service ignorant and unknowledgeable. Programming is extremely weak. Management unresponsive. German unprofessionalism. NO CHANGE SINCE 16 MAR UPDATE. BEST SIGN STALLS, I HAVE ORDER NEW PASSWORDS 5 TIMES SINCE OCT 25 VIA SNAIL MAIL (WHERE ARE WE, 1970S?)
the app doesn't allow me to log in. After I fill the login form it takes me back to the first screen with Log In/Register buttons
this app was probably made by toddler monkeys. I'm trying to be respectful to monkeys... Constant crashes and bugs. Maybe one day AI will take over its development and will become usable again.
Useless. I try to log in and it keeps taking me back to the home login screen. And I only downloaded the app because the Web site doesn't work either; it keeps giving the "Sorry, the frequent flyer profile provided is incorrect" message. Impossible to search for award flights on any platform.

I cannot login anymore on the app. I am getting forwarded to the login mask after entering credentials. Webversion works fine. Looks like an issue with Token based authentication?
Nonsense, randomly blocking an internet connection. can't login. advises you to contact the service team. They will probably answer in like four weeks or eight weeks. Thank you so much.

Horrible user experience, especially since the integration of Deutsche Bank credit card. To make things worse, since yesterday the app refuses to log me in on my home wifi.
The app keeps logging me out and says that in order to use your account, i have to use another wifi or mobile data or restart my device. I've done all of this, and still nothing. The app won't even load up anymore. please help??
Never worked properly (posted in 2021). 2026: Five years later, it’s hard to understand how such a basic digital platform is still unstable and unfinished. For a group the size of Lufthansa Group, ongoing booking issues and inconsistent functionalities shouldn’t be the norm. This isn’t innovation, it’s core infrastructure. When your most loyal customers repeatedly struggle with your digital tools, it is a big problem!
Problem of log in even if I have used fingerprint plus correct password/PIN. The app just got stuck.
the website is doing is best to make you NOT try to find a good way to redeem your miles. That is a shame. the app is not better and not even propose redeeming miles on booking. Worst than a scam company.

Seit der Umstellung der Kreditkarte zur Deutschen Bank fungiert die App auch für Kreditkartenfunktionen. Offenbar hat diese aber niemand getestet: Die "Zahlung freigegeben"-Funktion leitet auf die App-Startseite weiter und startet dadurch einen globalen Browser-Refresh (wohl mit Chrome verknüpft?), wodurch die Zahlungsseite im Browser neu geladen und damit die Zahlung abgebrochen wird. Dadurch ist die App für Zahlungen auf dem Handy völlig unbrauchbar!

Integrated banking since the program switched from DKB to Deutsche Bank is horrible. The fact that they call their MFA function "BestSign" feels like a bad joke since it doesn't always work for me. I want to login on computer and receive notification on my phone. Unlock the phone with biometrics. Then more unlocks within the all and still no notifications to approve my login 😒 The separate DKB App was a million times better. It worked.
