Can't login on the telephone. Says that my identifiant are incorrect, but I can login with the same credentials on my Desktop...
The app logged me out & told me I should use another WiFi or mobile data, which wasn't an option whilst abroad. Wrote to support, but they told me that they can't help me unless I authenticate, which is silly, as it's generic issue & exact problem is can't log in. Tried again today after resetting TravelID PIN and I can get onto miles & more part of app, but trying to get to the credit card it wants me to set up BestID again cos it thinks it's a new phone, so wait for letter. It's the same phone
If I had to choose an app for the "Most irritating app award", this would be a top contender. I can't even count how many times I've had to enter my credentials again and again and the app still not managing to log me in. You might get an error; you might get no error at all; it might be an invalid user data; it might be browser issue something; ridiculous... This review is after several months of having the same issues (not managing to log in).

1€ per minute to call the worst customer support since language was invented. I think I could of had a more comprehensive conversation with koko the sign language gorilla!
Very frequently ask to reenter login and password. This time failed to login at all.
when autofilling login details, Technical error message appears. I have to manually fill in the email field to avoid this. VPN also cannot be used with Miles and More (not just the app, also the web version), which is contradictory since 2fa authenticator app is mandatory for using both the app and the web version. This means if your phone breaks or is stolen, you're just screwed. Only legacy accounts already using SMS verification can continue using that 2fa method.
Terrible app!!
the app is completely unusable. I'm trying to book an award flight from Poland to Tokyo and I get "Sorry, the frequent flyer profile provided is incorrect". this seems to be a common known error for 6+ months according to flyertalk. I guess it's time to switch to a different alliance. I'm done with this, last year barely worked, pool didn't work, now they fixed pool but you can't book anything.

It is a useful app when it works, but that seems random. Be prepared to regularly enter your login data, as app keeps on logging you out on various occasions. The servers also randomly block connections resulting in messages like 'your connection was blocked' and then hints like 'use a different WIFI', which (of course) does not help. Just wait, it will eventually let you back in... As of May 2026 there are severe issues -- login rejected, token expired messages and no way to use the app.
completely useless app,tried resetting password error message,tried uninstalling and that did not work either.The Lufthansa app is also the same,complete joke.
I install it and it works two days, after that asks me again for email and password, then it says TECHNICAL ERROR HAS OCCURED and then reset password pin, again and again in the circle same on Lufthansa app as on the MILES AND MORE... just terrible experience and you can't use it when you need it the most...
It froze for a few seconds when it started, and when I tried to book a flight for miles I got redirected to a webpage. Why have an app if it just redirects to web? Also, booking on the web always ends for me with a "Sorry, something went wrong" message and a link to support, which gives a 404 error...

Although I am very committed to LHG/AUS/Swiss, it becomes annoying & disappointing a large airline group such as LHG has so weak app & program in a very competitive market. Whenever using the app, a technical problem appears; or in the best case reports no available flights (although available on a website). As a loyal customer, I hope a relevant team may read these comments. Some things cannot be a cost-cut if LHG wants to compete in a global market.
I use chrome browser non below is valid on the phone and on the PC on the PC it's just error, on the mobile here from application it's just no go !! --- We apologise for the interruption. We detected unusual behaviour from your browser, which resembles that of a bot. The reasons could be the following: You have a browser plugin installed that blocks JavaScript, you are using a VPN or privacy software often used by bots, or you are navigating through the website at an unusually high speed.
The worst user experience. Always have to verify my email when logging in and then again before every single award flight search. Now the search does not even work and I always get an error message that my profile is invalid. Furthermore, the app blocks my VPN, so I always have to turn it off before using the app. Very frustrating
It used to work great, now the App is useless, I can't login anymore. Once you enter credentials, the app keeps returning with a "Technical Error".

after years of service I requested for a one time increase (c.15%) to my credit card limit due to some unplanned, one-off expenses that put me close to my credit card limit while travelling. after some back and forth with the helpline, it got refused. safe to say I will cancel my credit card this month. I believe they could have handled that better, especially as i was travelling and trying to find a solution for a temporary problem - not sure that that's worth worth losing another customer
- half the features do not work or you have to relogin. - Most the benefits are useless - you have to do 2 factor auth even for searching flights, nor only for buying. If you change the app to get the code from email, you lose context and have to restart - continuosly getting blocked by security when using vpn or wifi, sometimes even without VPN and just mobile data. Had to use vpn with dedicated ip to be able to use it An absolute shame of an application

App used to work. I changed to the more secure login as recommended by the email sent from Miles and More now I can't log in. It keeps saying "A Technical Error Has Occurred". Looking at a few reviews I see others have the same problem and the App creators fail to address the issue.

complete mess, every update creates more problems. now login not possible, no best sign can be triggered, no online shopping, no check on credit card spending. DKB was gold standard. MM now and Deutsche Bank is the worst, customer service ignorant and unknowledgeable. Programming is extremely weak. Management unresponsive. German unprofessionalism. NO CHANGE SINCE 16 MAR UPDATE. BEST SIGN STALLS, I HAVE ORDER NEW PASSWORDS 5 TIMES SINCE OCT 25 VIA SNAIL MAIL (WHERE ARE WE, 1970S?)
