not a free app. you won't be able to do any workouts past day 3 for free.
charged yearly subscription after one week of using app when I thought it was free for the 21 days and finding a hard time trying to find how to cancel subscription other than removing my card of Google play. no where can I find how to cancel the subscription, even in the app store.

this is a complete rip off!!! I've tried numerous times to cancel no refund this is absolutely ridiculous.
I just downloaded and it said 4.95 a month but it doesn't allow you to sign up for just a month or 2 or 6....you are locked in for a year 🤔, not impressed.

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW I HAVE GIVEN THIS APP OVER 30 DAYS. I HAVE DONE THE EXTRA WORKOUTS ON THE APP. THEY ARE USELESS! I EAT HEALTHY AND I ATAY ACTIVE. THE APP TELLS YOU IT WILL HELP YOU STRENGTHEN AND GET MUSCLES. IT DOES NOT. this app charged me before the free trial period was over. the workouts are not challenging and they are very short. I emailed them and am hoping they refund and cancel the membership immediately.
Doesn’t work. You get through the tutorial and long setup, but then it doesn’t load any workouts. Total waste of time. I tried contacting support via email and got no response.

this is NOT A FREE APP!! you can only do 3 days and than it charges you for it and won't let you continue the progress without signing up. so frustrated it was listed as free!

I really enjoyed the app until they forced me to subscribe. After day 3, they won't let you do a workout without subscribing. I used the free 7 day trial and cancelled and now by day 10, it's not letting me workout anymore without a subscription. I wish it was clear that this is an app that requires a subscription. If you are looking for something that is free, keep scrolling.
I've been at it for a couple weeks, the workouts are not military grade at all. I'm out of shape and it's simply not enough. There is more stretching than actual workout. I need more.
Not feeling the Ai instead of a real person showing us how to do the exercises. Not realistic, apart from this wonderful app
