I would like to point out that I am adding some item to my cart in morning and by night I see the order is cancelled. This has happened for two consecutive days. My question is if I am booking some item in morning, how can you not keep that for me? You were showing them in morning means that was available that time, which you again sold to somebody else. I am taking that extra effort to add those items in morning, and it is professional duty of milkbasket to respect that.

Don't download this app they just say they will deliver orders by morning but they failed and at the end they cancelled the order and refund money and only in wallet such a disappointment and there is no any 7 days free milk
For some reason the app thinks 77 rupees is less than 74 rupees and therefore it decides to cancel the order.

without getting grocery amt is debited from the milkbasket app. App shows a msg as grocery delivered .
Recently I started the service of milkbasket but it's a pathetic service and executive are sharing wrong details to subscribe the service like free milk for 7 days without reducing wallet amount but post delivery of milk it get reduced and no means no customer support no any contact number to share the issue ,for every order it's not possible to email to the customer care and wait for the reply, support option is available only on mail and chat but in chat you can't share your issue
worst app. When I asked for refund, they are making so many excuses and when I deactivated my account, I didn't even got my ₹500 refund. please do not use e-wallet in this app
this a cheating company don't subscribe or pay they lure you by offering free 7days milk and later say I have a double account and then they deny that offer cheaters fraudster don't ever buy anything from milk basket

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. The concept of early morning doorstep delivery is good, but the customer support is terrible. If you receive damaged or rotten products, there's no proper way to raise a complaint-no option to upload photos, only chat. Even then, refunds are often denied. This has happened to me recently. Use this app at your own risk.
Fraud Ads, Fraud Reps - They will give you all misleading information to make you recharge by Rs 500 or Rs 2000. You will never get any free milk or free sugar. Don't get into their trap. You will get much more reliable services in other aps like which we all are readily using. LOOK INTO THE REVIEWS BEFORE INSTALLING OR ENTERTAINING THE REPS IN YOUR LOCALITY.
Very disappointing experience. I subscribed for milk delivery today, but it wasn't delivered. Now they are claiming that they don't serve my locality. If a location is not serviceable, why do they allow users to subscribe and take money in the first place? Very bad app experience.
worst app.. from 1 month it is only showing awaiting the address to confirmation.. and it is delivering the order nearby 500 m of our address.. don't know what is going on

lots of defects in this application tester did not test it properly.
they delivered a wrong item. the return and refund process is very poor. that's not customer oriented.. milk basket is making a feeling that we are begging for our refund.... still, it is not resolved or refunded. nothing comes free for either side... we have paid for service so don't make us feel as we are begging for our refund. kindly improve your system for faster refund, return process
I request couple of times to add my address but it was not updated. The delivery is happening near by 500 miters to my home and our area near to main road. can you validate and add my address too, it will help for our layout (Panchamukhi layout, 2nd Road, Bandapura, Bengaluru-49) members.
Very Very poor customer care support services. Even quality of Vegetables and Fruit are also compromising, when ever I order for egg box majorly get with 2 or 3 broken eggs.

🚨 Worst Delivery App Experience 🚨 They place food items directly on shoe racks and on floor instead of using their own milk basket bags. Hygiene and safety are completely ignored. And if you dare to complain? No action will ever be taken!!! And in summer, it gets worse - lizards and insects crawl around freely, making this a serious hygiene and safety!
