Cannot handle traffic. There was a promotion but apparently the app is built badly. Didn't get my rewards leaving an unsatisfactory experience. Will leave and delete my account to prevent advertisement as I will never use this app
No delivery to my area..... limited to major cities only.
App won't show products, every page is blank with text "Looks empty". It took my address, linked my Rewards, it delivers to my area, just won't show any stock. Tried to explain this in Chat, but it's automated and would only give me the option to flags request on a certain product availability, asking me to name the product. Absolutely useless. So, I go take screencaps to show the Chat what I'm dealing with I'm then blocked from Chat, saying I'm apparently offline and Chat won't work. Pssh.
First time using it and won't bother again. I ordered desserts for 4 people, 2 times twin packs. They were obviously out of those which I totally understand and substituted it but instead of giving me another 2 twin packs I only got one. I found the online service via email sub-par. While they apologised they never offered a refund or anything. Ended up having to go out and get more. Useless! You're better off using another delivery service or just Woolworths itself.
was good at first then became a RIP OFF!! I use Woolworths now after discovering JUST how badly this app RIPS you off and does not disclose current sales at woolworths a d keeps the MASSIVE extra amounts of money you pay them while they charge you FULL price for items that are half off. The delivery drivers were always pleasant, I will pay a compliment where it is due.

Still not delivering to my area....
I bought a $6.75 bag of potatoes, but the entire bag was green. I contacted support because green potatoes are unsafe to eat, so we had to throw them all away. The agent responded, saying, 'It looks like this item wasn't quite ripe yet when it reached you. Even though we can't speed up the ripening, we'd still love the chance to make it up to you.' They then offered a $5 voucher. This is not the only issue. agents are unhelpful. garlic poor qualities. bad substitute all the time.
not happy with the website code
I used this service twice, unfortunately had really really bad experience both times. Closed my account and will not use again. there are many other delivery options that provide better service.
